Cons:

The key wasn’t in the reception as it was supposed to be and it was hard to reach the staff, we used over an hour to just reach them by the number we was given. The room had dirt several places.

Pros:

Un lugar hermoso, lastima que no pude disfrutar de los jardines por el clima. Todo limpio y las chicas muy cordiales.

Cons:

Es un poco retirado de la estación del tren, pero las visitas por el camino y el lugar tan bonito, valen la pena.

Great potential but not a great place if kept like that. It could be improved a lot.
Pros:

The property has a wonderful garden and is situated very close to Palazzolo little town. In 5-7 minutes you’re in the centre. The staff are nice but they leave the property at night which is not great.

Cons:

The property is very dated. It could do with some serious refurbishing the electrics are old the bathrooms needs to be redone.
In the night we were there - due to the lack of concierge - some guests were fighting all night, disturbing and waking everyone, and one drunk guest was kicking and punching doors at 3-4am so woke and scared everybody up. I was this close to call the police. I did not feel safe in that hotel that night.
The night after was better but they need to structure it more. Had there been a concierge I’m quite sure the problem would have been addressed differently. They need to work on that.
