Le parking qui se trouve devant l’hôtel

La wi-fi ne fonctionne pas , à l’accueil, ils se sont trompés de personne au lieu que je fais pour ma réservation, ils m’ont fait payer pour une autre personne … à ma grande surprise, ma chambre a été annulée. Je décide donc de me rendre à l’accueil le lendemain matin pour que la personne me dise qu’elle s’est trompée dans la réservation….. J’ai demandé à Booking le remboursement de mon week-end, car c’est vraiment lamentable. Que dire de la sonorité ? On entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir et dans les chambres….

Séjour très décevant. Présence de punaises de lit confirmée dans la chambre (6 tuées), ayant entraîné un départ en urgence à 3h du matin avec deux enfants en bas âge. L’établissement ne répond pas aux e-mails et est injoignable ou très désagréable par téléphone. Ils refusent de reconnaître les faits et contestent l’existence des punaises, ce que nous jugeons de mauvaise foi et inacceptable.
