Pros:

The cleanliness in the rooms was excellent. Service rendered at the Bar, Outside Bar and Restaurant during breakfast, lunch, dinner,etc was excellent, all staff are dedicated to serve customers in a very professional way. Even the reception and securities were very good and politely talk to guests. Even the students from reception, Bars and Restaurants were very good and treated us very well.

Pros:

The staff was the best part about the property. they catered to our needs, always serving with a smile, always willing to help, every single one of them deserves a raise. Amazing people. Love them. The property was clean at all times. But the staff was top tire.

Cons:

The water was cold at certain instances, then other times it was not even there. They concentrated to renovate the reception and lounges, they look fresh and new, but the rooms and bathroom are really old. The safe was not working we had to call someone to fix it every morning and eventually couldn’t use it.

staff where great, facilities fun, and had an all around great time

Cons:

The shower was terrible, we could never get a desired temperature. It kept going extreme hot or cold, never in the middle.

Loud festival ruined my weekend
Pros:

The entire property is very beautiful with stunning views. Clean rooms, and the food was up to standard.

Cons:

There was a festival that was sooooo loud and I did not receive a warning about them hosting a festival on the weekend I selected. What was supposed to be a quiet retreat ended up being a loud and chaotic stay.
