Nowhere near a 5-star experience. Very disappointed and overpriced. Avoid!
Pros:

The wellness is really nice with many different tools, but only because we were able to access the Premium side. The 'regular' side was overcrowded, full of screaming children.

Cons:

1. The room: Was ready for refurbishment. Full of dust from the nightstands to the lamps. The balcony very dirty, full of insects (dead and alive) and toenail clippings from previous guests. Overall, the room was too small for 3 people, you could not move around easily. Our 12 year old had an extra bed that was far too small, something you'd expect at a camping, very uncomfortable. The towels and bathrobes were worn, stained and full of holes. You are only allowed to change the spa towels once in 3 days. There was very limited cleaning in the room. The fruit we received as a welcome treat was still on the table after 2 days. Rooms not sound-proof, you could hear children screaming all the time. The shower head in the shower could not be fixed at a certain position (I assume the handle was broken), it always fell down.

2. The food: absolutely horrible. More like a school cafeteria, not a 4 or 5 star hotel restaurant. Food was greasy, strange combinations (rice with fried chicken, pasta in oil sauce with olives). Breakfast, in comparison to dinner, was okay but very limited variation. If you come late (anytime after 9.30, there are no bakery products left over). As a premium guest, you could order a la carte in addition to the buffet, but this was always cold and felt like preprepared dishes were just microwaved. Tables were not being cleaned in a timely manner. If you are a vegetarian, there are very limited options to choose from. Staff not very friendly or accommodating, very limited English language skills. The Jura coffee machine during breakfast often malfunctioned, staff were notified, but no action was undertaken. And we were charged an extra 5% for this 'service' at the check-out.

Ab 8:30 wollte Staff ins Zimmer , 1. Roomservice , 15 Minuten Später 3 Herren , was sie wollten kann ich nicht sagen ! Sie sprachen kein Englisch

Cons:

Das Abendessen war eine Zumutung. Industriekantinenfrass und dann auch noch kalt. Bars während der Öffnungszeiten längere Zeit unbesetzt. Klimaanlage zu schwach für 35° Aussentemperatur. Ausserdem veraltet. Billiger analagoer Bi-Metall-Thermostat. Keine elektronische Ventilatorregeleung. Tische im Restaurant dreckig; werden nicht einmal abgewischt, wenn Gäste gegangen sind. Über 50% des Personals spricht kein Englisch. Die anderen 50% in der Regel schlechter als B1. Prsonal schlecht ausgebildet. Weiss z.B. nicht, dass man Rosêwein kalt serviert. Viele freundlich und bemüht. Eine Hotelfachschule hat aber definitiv niemand von innen gesehen. Einige Serviceitarbeiter sind aber auch unfreundlich und faul. Sauberkeit in den Zimmern geht so. Für Klopapier muss man an der Rezeption anrufen. Ausdrücklich beworbene Adult-only-Bereiche sind voller schreiender Kleinkinder.

Lokalizacja hotelu bardzo dobra, super, że można i skorzystac z basenów, jak i poleżeć tuż nad brzegiem Balatonu. Jedzenie smaczne, choć na dłuższą metę trochę monotonne (w środku sezonu letniego z owoców tylko jabłka, gruszki i mandarynki - żadnych truskawek, arbuzów, winogron itp). Pokoje duże, ładnie urządzone. Strefa basenowa czysta i wystarczająca. Fajne animacje dla dzieci.

Cons:

Pokój który zarezerwowalam w Hotelu Azur Premium 5* znajdował się dr facto w odnowionym skrzydle hotelu Azur 4*. W restauracji wydzielone było miejsce dla gości deluxe, jednak booking, tudzież hotel wprowadza w błąd oferując co innego! Bardzo drogi parking! Obsługa(poza recepcja) nie porozumiewa się praktycznie w żadnym obcym języku 🤯szok - mówimy o kraju członkowskim UE - kiwają glowami, że zrozumieli, a potem są same nieporozumienia w zamówieniach. Garstka personelu jest sympatyczna (np.starszy, szczupły pan kelner)reszta pracuje tam chyba za darmo, patrząc na ich miny i komentarze w stosunku do gości. Plaża piaszczysta przy Balatonie w ogole nie sprzątana, zanieczyszczona ptasimi odchodami i śmieciami. Szczycąc się 5* należałoby ogarniać to na bieżąco, podobnie jak leżaki. O sprzątanie pokoju przy pobycie 9dniowym musiałam upomnieć się na recepcji, a i to pani dopytywała co dokładnie potrzebuje czy śmieci czy pościel czy reczniki 😳
