A szoba illetve a terasz tele van pókkal és a terasz tisztasága 0 pont! A wellnes részleg ablakai koszosak mocskosak! Medencék alján felválva több helyen a burkolat illetve ez igaz a szobai tusolóra is (217-es)!

Nagyon jo ajanlom mindenkinek.
Pros:

Szep, apolt kornyezet, finom kaja etelek, finom koktelok, lobby bar fincsi-jo sutik, a baloton kozelsege a balaton szepsege.

Cons:

Hianyoltuk hogy nem volt kilatas a balcsira holott 5 csillag volt fizetve.

Pros:

A reggeli átlagosan jó, büféreggeli, de lehet rendelni is, ami benne van a deluxe árban. Ugyanígy változatos a vacsora is.

Cons:

Ötcsillagos szállodánál nem megszokott hogy minden rendeléshez 15% felszolgálási díjat számolnak fel, akkor is, ha a medence melletti bárhoz, vagy a lobby bárhoz saját maga megy az ember, vagy odaül a bárpulthoz, azaz nincs felszolgálás.
A szoba takarítása elégtelen. Gyakorlatilag csak a kávés csészéket mosták ki és bevetették az ágyat. Külön kellett minden nap jelezni, hogy takarítást kérünk, de ekkor is megkérdezték, hogy esetleg kérünk-e porszívózást is, mintha az valami extra lenne egy takarításnál. A mindennapi teljes takarításnak (porszívózással együtt) benne kell lennie egy ötcsillagos szálloda gyakorlatában és lehetőleg délelőtt. Volt, hogy kérésünkre csak este 7-kor jöttek takarítani. 3 személy részére 1 üveg 7 decis vizet készítettek be.
