Room, sauna, food
Nagyon jó helyen van a hotel, közel a belváros, közel a part. A személyzet készséges volt, a hoteltől kaptunk egy szoba upgrade-et is meglepetésként check-in során. A wellness részleg rendben volt, a szauna kínálattal nem volt kifogásom, panorámás kilátás a finn szaunából, szuper volt a szombati vezetett szeánsz. A vacsora nekem ízlett, feleségemnek nem, a reggeli fenomenális volt. A kávé 5*. Összességében nagyon szép hotel, kedves kiszolgálás, mindenképpen visszatérünk legközelebb is, hogy egy teljes hétvégét eltölthessünk - a mostanit meg kellett szakítanunk. Mivel nem tudtunk végig maradni, a hotel vezetősége úgy döntött, a fennmaradó nap költségét vissza utalják nekünk.
Nekem minden tetszett, feleségemnek nem tetszett, hogy 3 főétel közül lehet választani vacsorát. Aznap este még nem tudtuk, hogy a svéd asztalos vacsorára is át lehetett volna menni a 4csillagos szárnyba, így a 3 közül egy marha stefániát választott, ami megpecsételte a hétvégénket. Másnap egész nap rosszul volt, nem tudhatjuk, hogy a marhát volt nehéz megemészteni vagy vírus okozta, lappangott-e a vírus vagy a vacsorától kapta. Délutánra annyira rosszul volt, hogy inkább check-out-oltunk és hazajöttünk. 3 nap kellett, hogy jobban legyen. Ezen kívül viszont minden rendben volt.

A személyzet rendkívül kedves és figyelmes volt. Külön köszönet Roland úrnak a Prémium recepción és Balázs úrnak az Opus étteremben! Örömmel láttuk, hogy a Prémium wellness medencéket felújították. Az Opus étterem vacsora menüje nagyon finom volt. Köszönjük, biztosan visszatérünk.

The hotel has 2 spa areas, each with several pools and saunas - which are both great. The size of our room was great, as well as the size of the bathroom and its modern look & feel.
Location by the beach is excellent.
Regarding the issues we had with hotel services, we were offered some compensation at the end, which was a nice gesture.
Unfortunately, the situation with organization of services in the hotel is not ideal and we encountered several issues:
1) Pool towels can be replaced only after 3 days, which is really not ok because they cannot dry in time before the next pool visit. In a 5* hotel one should be able to seamlessly replace pool towels daily.
2) Restaurants organization did not function well. The hotel has 2 restaurants and in the 1st one they refused to serve us dinner saying that our room wing should go to the other restaurant. This other restaurant is for their 4* hotel and has extremely limited food choice on the buffet (the choice is on the level of 3* - and we had booked the 5* hotel).
3) Breakfast lasts until 11:00 but already at 10:30 the staff was taking all the food away
4) Our room was not cleaned at all (no room service appeared)
5) The smaller (extra) bathroom had a foul smell from sewage.
At the end of our stay the reception staff apologized and offered us a compensation voucher, which is a nice gesture.
However, we feel that the issues listed above (especially regarding the restaurants and pool towels) should be systematically resolved to reach a true 5* experience level.
Nice welness areas.
This is a first time that i experienced that in 5* hotel you can't replace your towels for entire stay in the hotel. Also, wile breakfast is till 11, they start removing the food at 10:15. Even if you arrive earlier, food chice is poor. Another thing is that we reserved 5* hotel we got "deluxe" rooms that realy means that you are acomodated in 4* rooms/part of the hotel.
Totul la superlativ...de asemenea, faptul că Hotelul a făcut un upgrade din inițiativa sa ceea ce mi-a permis să vad lucrurile mult mai confortabil... Apoi, cina este de vis...cu melodiile,in surdină, care au fost puse în valoare de către un pian și o doamnă plăcută. Toate serviciile au fost la superlativ. Recomand călduros Hotelul...
Faptul că am stat puțin...
A szoba illetve a terasz tele van pókkal és a terasz tisztasága 0 pont! A wellnes részleg ablakai koszosak mocskosak! Medencék alján felválva több helyen a burkolat illetve ez igaz a szobai tusolóra is (217-es)!
A reggeli átlagosan jó, büféreggeli, de lehet rendelni is, ami benne van a deluxe árban. Ugyanígy változatos a vacsora is.
Ötcsillagos szállodánál nem megszokott hogy minden rendeléshez 15% felszolgálási díjat számolnak fel, akkor is, ha a medence melletti bárhoz, vagy a lobby bárhoz saját maga megy az ember, vagy odaül a bárpulthoz, azaz nincs felszolgálás.
A szoba takarítása elégtelen. Gyakorlatilag csak a kávés csészéket mosták ki és bevetették az ágyat. Külön kellett minden nap jelezni, hogy takarítást kérünk, de ekkor is megkérdezték, hogy esetleg kérünk-e porszívózást is, mintha az valami extra lenne egy takarításnál. A mindennapi teljes takarításnak (porszívózással együtt) benne kell lennie egy ötcsillagos szálloda gyakorlatában és lehetőleg délelőtt. Volt, hogy kérésünkre csak este 7-kor jöttek takarítani. 3 személy részére 1 üveg 7 decis vizet készítettek be.
