Il manque un petit déjeuner européen
1.房间味道陈旧，空气不新鲜
2.入住前台提醒早餐人多排队，建议9：30用餐，9：30去餐厅仍需排队20多分钟，10点才开始用餐，却被告知20分钟后餐厅结束供餐。
3.假日人多，酒店只预警告知旅客，却没有具体解决预案，现场没有高级别
员工协调解决，前台人员态度冷漠
This hotel all staff are good and breakfast is very good
The room is clean, spacious and very comfy.
Needs some renovations though but it didn't affect the comfort of staying there.
WE had windows with sunset view which was a nice feature.
Room is stocked with everything you might need: hair dryer, iron and board for ironing, bathroom necessities, enough storage space, great spacious safe.
Thick curtains! Completely dark if needed.
Loved the restaurant - lovely atmosphere and good food. Lots of choices as well. Worth the money in my opinion.
Cleaning service is great (although it seems to be common for hotels in China), they managed to do everything exactly when we were out even if we were out shortly. Like magic. I liked that bcs in other countries a lot of awkward situations for everyone involved happened due to their weird schedule of work. But here they are like ninjas :)
Also good location - not far from the beach and main street and rose garden.
Loved the city as well - absolutely delightful, green, lots of flowers, cute buildings.
Overall impression - it needs to either be cheaper or some renovations should be done. After that we stayed at another 5 star hotel in Shanghai for the same price and it was on completely another level. But generally great experience :)
Didn't like the pool and pool area. Not cozy and a bit dark.
Also the pool is more like sport pool, not recreational one. And shallow.
Would be good to set a procedure for calling taxi for foreign guests. It seemed like the reception staff had problems with that and we missed our train to Beijing because of that.
The young man (i think he was a consierge) went far and beyond to help us though and we appreciate that.

This hotel is a little tired and in need of a refurbishment, but for the price and the service we were very satisfied. The personal service was above and beyond. Location is OK, but not great. You need a car to anywhere
Overall a good hotel, it is indeed a Sherathon, but with some important faults. Our room was non-smoking, but through the bathroom air ducts came a strong smell of tobacco from other rooms, and as a consequence there was an unpleasant smell in the room. The management of the restaurant is not at the level of a hotel of this category: very limited selection and they did not have some of the already scarce choices. We asked for a cheese plate (was in the menu) but they did not have cheese...

The following day, the property price reduced to $74 usd. Felt like I could have had 2 night

room was very clean. staff friendly. breakfast was excellent.hotel had arranged excellent transportation.
Amazing young ladies helped me with a 3am check in. Very attentive and alert. They also called a cab for me. The cab driver Mr Wang was exceptional. The Sheraton went way above, especially when I needed help during the Chinese Holiday ! Thank you very much !
Mooi en goed hotel nabij strand. Wel wat verder weg van de interessante touristische attracties. Zeer vriendelijk en goed personeel, met name bij de receptie en de eetzaal. Deden veel moeite om Engels te spreken. Schoonmaak van kamers niet optimaal. Vonden nog spullen van vorige gasten op de vloer. Faciliteiten zoals zwembad en fitness ruimte prima.
There is no explanation about payment. There was no explanation about deposit payment at check-in. I told that I made an appointment with a local payment, but the front desk was said to debit the card from Hotels.com. I did not understand.
整体的硬件设施是没有问题的，但是人员服务上面可能和所处的星际相差太多了，晚上点餐到房间，点的三明治，做了将近两个小时才送到房间也就算了，但是居然是冷的，服务员拿走之后用微波炉打了一遍给端回来的。然后我们要求从新做，一直到第二天我们在酒店吃早餐的时候，给我们端上来告诉我们昨天晚上点的三明治按照标准要求做好了。我真的也很无语
Hotel too far away from Airport and staff didn't know how long it will take by taxi
The room was clean and confortable. The check in was not good because the lady could not understand that I was a foreigner living in China. The waiting at check out was very long.
