Pros:

Příjemný pobyt. Víceméně pro mě jen na přespání, tak jsem ani bazén nevyužila, ale večerní posezení na terase pri západu sluníčka nemělo chybu. Hned u vstupu vedle obchůdek a v blízkosti i velký obchodní dům.

Very good facilities and good value for the money
Pros:

The apartment suite worked very well for us.
10-15 min walk to the center.
The check out is at 10am but you can leave your luggage on a locked room and still enjoy the pool and facilities of the hotel.

Personnel aimable et souriant, belles prestations, magnifique endroit très bien entretenu. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Cons:

Isolation peut-être à revoir. Nous entendons beaucoup les gens des appartements voisins.

Good value for money with heated pool
Pros:

View from the balcony was nice. Kitchen facilities were all available, even a sponge and dishwashing detergent. Pool was heated and big enough.

Cons:

The sofa bed was very worn out.

Compliqué de trouver une place de parking, et la pente dans la rue rend le créneau assez difficile.

Lovely friendly hotel, self cater appartment clean, pool and 20 min walk to beach or €5 cab.
Pros:

Staff were wonderful, helpful, spoke English. Activity lady delightful smiley and helpful. Very clean no complaints. Arranged car hire for day and parking cost was £10 on top but all very smooth. Black sandy Beach 20 min walk. Final day took cab back and was only £5 euros. Nearby beaches could swim others travelled further out to couldnt and red flagged. Lots restautants and shops. Large Supermarket nearby. Small one onsite with friendly young gentleman. Roads very good except north side worse. Volcanoe had lots of walks. Could drive up part way. Cable car didnt run on our day due to winds. White rocks like a moonscape could walk on. Open toed sandals not the best small pumice get stuck. Drove down north side volcanoe and weather dramatic change foggy and low vis on dangerous bends. Be wary nervous drivers. Took ages. Wished had stayed on south side as was late and dark. Though if had driven it earlier would have had walks in volcanoe north sides lovely lichen draped mossy woodlands.
Market day in town was good but no fruit and veg/food was disappointing.
Staff provided bus info. Was lovely sunny/hot half the time latter end dull and cloudy chilly breeze. Beach beds quite expensive and pay e tra for umbrellas. Lovely hotel with our self catering apartment and belcony over pool and sea view in distance. Far better than roads. Pool shuts 6pm. Shame but gets shady anyway. Not overrun and liked smaller clean friendly hotel. Thaʼnk you all :)

Cons:

Bed and sofa bed uncomfortable for myself but ok for my other 2 guests.
Safe had to pay so didnt use. Even thogh against rules people who werent there put towels on poolside longers very early not too fair.

hope it gets better!
Pros:

Outdoor activities and pool area were nice, location was not far from bus stop (but you have to climb uphill when going to hotel for about 10 mins), supermarket was super close; also, there's cute bakery with friendly staff, decent baked options and coffee for breakfast

Cons:

bring your ALL toiletries!! there's no soap in bathroom (we even asked for one and didn't get anything)
no tea bags, no coffee, no sugar, no bottle of water... but full kitchen with kettle and utensils
there's no storage room (you can leave your bags on the floor in the corner)
WiFi is sloooow
toilet doors can't be locked, even the main entrance door had some issues with lock
towels can be rented to use at the pool and the locker is not free to use
