Als Gast zu Hause und ein echter Geheimtipp!
Pros:

Überaus herzlicher Empfang, bei 38° mit frischem Handtuch und Zitronenlimo! Im Zimmer angenehm temperiert, auch hier liebevolle Details zur Begrüssung, z.B. handgeschriebene Willkommens-Tafel, Wasser im Kühlschrank etc.
Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen, auch das Restaurant abends wenigstens einmal zu probieren, es schmeckt nicht nur hervorragend, es ist auch hier überall Liebe im Detail versteckt.

Cons:

Lediglich die Nähe zur Queue d`Arve. Allerdings sind es von der Bushaltestelle nur wenige Schritte zum Chez Maman, das gut hinter hohen Mauern und Bäumen gelegen ist. Einmal angekommen bekommt man von der Queue Nichts mehr mit.

Agréable et confortable.
Pros:

Je ne savais pas qu'il y avait des chambres à l'étage, j'ai une petite préférence pour celles qui sont en bas, soit au même niveau que le restaurant.

La literie est de très bonne qualité, ce n'est pas négligeable.

Petit déjeuné vraiment incroyable de part sa diversité et la qualité des produits, quant au service, topissime lors de chacune de mes visites.

Cons:

Devoir traverser le restaurant pour accéder à l'étage des chambres n'est pas idéal.

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt Chez Maman!
Pros:

Das Hotel Chez Maman ist sehr charmant, die Begrüssung war sehr herzlich. Das Zimmer war sauber und hübsch eingerichtet, sodass ich mich grad wohl gefühlt habe. Im Bad hatte es alles, was ich benötigte. Und: Wenn die Fenster geschlossen waren, hörte ich überhaupt nichts von der Strasse! Das war wirklich sehr toll, befindet sich das Chez Maman doch an einer eher lärmigen Strasse in Richtung Carouge.

Für einen Städtetrip mit kleinerem Budget sehr zu empfehlen, da die Bushaltestelle und das Tram lediglich fünf Minuten zu Fuss weg sind und die Geneva Transport Card auf dem gesamten öffentlichen Verkehrsnetz gilt.

Cons:

Aus meiner Sicht wäre es sehr angenehm gewesen, wenn der Raumbeduftung ein wenig ein Augenmerk geschenkt worden wäre. Ich fand den Geruch nicht so angenehm - zwar sauber, aber eher billig wirkend. Für mich, die Raumbeduftung immer wichtig findet, würde mit einem gut riechenden Aroma dem Hotel Mama-Feeling noch mehr gerecht.
