Awaiting response to the charging error.
Pros:

Reasonably clean

Cons:

Triple charged for my room. Reception desk kept saying that my credit card was refused by the system, but the payments appeared on my credit card statement when I got home. The Hotel has promised to refund the overpayment.

Péssimo atendimento funcionário Gabriel

Quase nada.

Cons:

Detestei o atendimento do funcionário Gabriel, ele foi extremamente antipático, mal educado, não nos informou sobre dúvidas que precisávamos esclarecer e ainda agiu de má fé falando sobre o cancelamento da hospedagem.
Acho que o hotel deveria treinar funcionários para serem mais receptivos, pois educação já deveria ser o principal critério.

Pros:

Equipe atenciosa e receptiva, limpeza constante das diversas áreas do hotel, silêncio preservado, localização excelente, agente de turismo para passeios no hall do hotel, ótimo custo/ benefício.

Perfeita, super recomendo
Pros:

Café da manhã excelente, atendimento dos funcionários sempre solícitos, limpeza impecável. Próximo de farmácia, mercado e várias opções de restaurante, inclusive o do hotel que é muito bom e com ótimo custo benefício.

Cons:

Hospedes barulhentos, em 4 diárias tive que reclamar na portaria 2 vezes. Mas o hotel não tem culpa se o ser humano é irresponsável.

No electric kettles in the room.
Pros:

The staff at the restaurant was very nervous very and helpful. They provided me with hot water every evening when I go down to ask for it. Housekeeping was able to bring me two cups, and two spoons.

Cons:

They don’t provide an electric kettle in the room. If you want hot water, you have to go down to the dinner restaurant to get it every time. It is such an inconvenience, although the staff at the dinner restaurant were super nice. Management please consider offering electric kettles in the room for tea drinkers.

We have an early flight to catch on the last morning so we had no time to eat breakfast which was included. We asked for a container to bring some fruits with us, they insisted we had to pay BR28 for the container. The front desk people had no say in the matter. Eventually they provided a small plastic cup for the four pieces of papaya I took. If I wanted to bring more food, I wouldn’t be able to do so. I hope management will be more flexible in dealing with this problem & waive the cost of the container when necessary.

Also the white towels look old and worn and grayish. Please consider replacing these old towels with new ones. And the bedding too.
