Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed the hotel. We plan on booking here again.
Pros:

Friendly staff, clean room, close to the beach and boardwalk, the indoor pool is great.

Cons:

Pull out bed was extremely uncomfortable. Ended up just sleeping on the couch. We had VERY noisy upstairs neighbors who literally sounded like a herd of elephants pacing the floors all day and night.

Great spot in OC NJ
Pros:

Loved the location, room size, and the full kitchen in the rooms. The indoor piol was great in case of bad weather. Would absolutely stay here again!

Cons:

Decor was a little outdated but that was of little concern. Also could hear kids running and jumping around on the floor above us but that was only an issue one night.

Great place to stay
Pros:

I love the location and the set up of the rooms are perfect for longer stays. It was clean and comfortable 10 out of 10

Cons:

The bed was squeaky but that's not a huge deal.

Pros:

The rooms were very roomy and comfortable.

Cons:

The pool is advertised as heated. It was not. I called down to the Front desk and they said the pool was kept between 80 and 82 it was not. Maybe it was 70 degrees Maybe! The rooms definitely could have been cleaner. I would give it a 7 out of 10. The walls had some stains on them and the fans in the bathroom had mold or very thick dust. Pretty nasty!
