It was a very comfortable experience with friendly staff even though a few services were not there like spa but with war
Pros:

The location was really good, easy access to restaurants. Staff was very friendly especially would like to mention Gaurav who blocked the appropriate room for us as per our requirement and made our stay really special and during the stay also it was a very comfortable experience interacting with him and others.

Cons:

Spa and other services can be included in the hotel itself. Pool should have a staff to assist. Rest is fine.

Pros:

The property is good, spacious and staffs are very professional and honest. I forgot my gold chain, they called us immediately.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Decent breakfast with very friendly staff to assist. Overall start behaviour was top notch. Allowed me to check out late with no additional cost as well.

Cons:

We ordered a room with a cot for the child, however the cot wasn't made up when we checked in.

Pros:

Food was good. Rental car request was completed promptly

Cons:

Service at restaurant can be improved. Ironing board was damaged, tables were not completely ready for dining. Electricity outage were very frequent
