Excellent hotel, awesome staff, great experience
Pros:

The location was really good as we wanted to be close to the Mumbai-Pune highway, wanted to be around the Hingewadi area which has a quite a lot of options and definitely wanted to avoid the traffic areas of the city. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The swimming pool is super. The check-in and check out process was excellent, very polite and helpful staff who made the entire experience smooth and seamless. We had some issues with the booking when we had made changes to the number of rooms, the hotel system did not record it, but they didn't let us pay for those additional rooms that were not booked. Even during checkout, the receptionist was super nice in explaining the rewards program and giving us great inputs for future stays with the Hyatt group.

Location is very convenient, right in Hinjewadi Phase 1, easy access to IT Park and highway. Room is so spacious, clean and hygienic, very comfortable for family. Breakfast menu is so healthy with great variety - fresh, tasty and hygienic.

Amazing food and polite staff.
Pros:

The staff was very nice. Specifically Chaitanya and Baadal from the Restaurant were very helpful, polite and efficient.
We also met your Executive Chef Mr. Arun. He was very forthcoming and shared some interesting anecdotes. Great person 👍

Cons:

The total cost of the stay and the charges for Laundry service are too much.
I was also expecting a fully equipped mini bar at that cost, in the room which was missing.
I might have to consider other hotels just because of the cost.
