First of all, I have to say I would rate this as a one plus hotel, Trevor lost City charged me a lot of money. The guy at the front desk told me they went out their rooms for $75 I reserved a room with two queen beds and they gave me one queen bed. It just was really bad. There was no shampoo or soap in the room. I had to go downstairs and ask them they didn’t put any in there. I just felt very unsafe. The client tell that state at that hotel. The guy at the front desk told me I should contact Travelocity to see if I could get the difference refund refunded to me.
Clean
Parking sucked we had to park in the back of the hotel and we’re only allowed to use the from entrance. Staff was fairly nice. Once getting into the room it was really nice very clean however there was roaches everywhere. Will NOT be going back ever. We ran as fast as we could out them doors.
Late check in front desk reception was great but get to room it wasn’t very clean. At first glance you think it wasn’t ready for a new guest. Absolutely no curtain I know a weird thing to complain over, but then there was the bed. I personally had to make it. I know again weird complaint but I was so exhausted just wanted to sleep. But had to do it myself I actually just tossed the sheets on the side of the bed said skrew it and slept on the mattress I couldn’t bring myself to make the bed. If you miss your turn you’re located right into a 420 hotel better make sure you get the correct turn. Advertise breakfast but no breakfast.
There was bugs everywhere would not bring food there at all there was pee in hallway and the second floor had a pile of dog poop that no one picked up there is homless everywhere out side and in side
Homeless people all around the area, residence, sitting outside partying, and roach infestation in the rooms. The only positive experience was the young guy who checked me in who was very honest when I asked if it was a safe area, which he stated it wasn’t but better than some of the other areas. This place is more for people who are living there which probably contributes to the roach infestation. I was told a lot of the people staying there had been there for years.
Stopped here on the way to driving our daughter to Tennessee for college. The hotel didn’t look anything like the photos. First off the employee was very unprofessional and not helpful. She wasn’t at all friendly during check-in and I had come back to ask her for bar soap as there were none left in the room. It took her 15-20 mins to provide bar soap which was 15-20 seconds of her time to get up and help me. In regards to the room it was disgusting and unpleasant. The room was not properly cleaned. The bath tub was dirty, the room was filled with dust and hair everywhere. I had killed 2 bugs and a cockroach in the room. We were so tired and disgusted that we just slept a few hours and left early morning without even showering. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay in such a disgusting hotel.
Nice Stay!
False advertisement on the gym and breakfast
Pictures are great, in person, not so much. A lot of people hanging out in parking lot, homeless people camped out next door, feels more like a half way house than a hotel. Hallways smelled like weed being smoked. While room was clean, it was somewhat beat up and it was a bit noisy due to location, I would not stay here again, definitely not with a family. Seems like type of hotel where people live at. I could have stayed at a Ramada with a pool for just a few more dollars.
If you like roaches, then this is definitely the place for you! 🪳✨
Why settle for basic amenities when you can share your room with a thriving roach community? From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by my six-legged concierge skittering across the floor—truly a warm welcome.
The roaches here aren’t just pests, they’re residents. I think I even saw one with a tiny suitcase checking in ahead of me. They’ll keep you company in the bathroom, the bed, and if you’re lucky, your suitcase too—so you can take the experience home!
Room service? Forget it. But roach service? Constant and complimentary. They’re active, social, and clearly have no respect for personal space—like little crackhead tour guides showing you every corner of the room.
Honestly, I came for a vacation and left with PTSD and a newfound fear of the dark. 10/10 would recommend if you’re trying to feel like you’re camping… indoors. 👌
The outside of the property looked OK but once I stepped inside with my blind sister and two service dogs, it was nothing but chaos from then on! I reserved a room king bed on the first floor, and I was given her full size bed one on the fourth floor! I’m hoping I’ll get my deposit back but that’ll be here to be seen! I’m not a happy camper and I will never stay there again!!
It had potential, but, head board fell off wall,
The area is iffy, hotel was safe, and clean
This property reminded me of a Motel 6. It was clean, the staff were friendly, but it was very basic. The bed reminded me of an inexpensive bed frame bought on Amazon. It was fine for the 6ish hours I was there. I just needed a place to sleep after driving all day.
Staff is great, everything is clean.
Confusing to find off the road, but VERY clean. It was very relaxing to stay there.
Hard to find
Area is a bit seedy. Room was clean but this extended stay is not as described.
The room had cockroaches and the bed was very uncomfortable. This was not like the pictures in the app as they don’t picture the bugs on the floor in the room.
Just dirty, nasty and LOUD! It’s like a crack house not a hotel!!!
Would NOT recommend it to anyone as it’s dirty, has cockroaches all over the place.
I travel a lot and have stayed in all kinds of places—but this was by far one of the worst experiences. I checked in and almost immediately checked out. The room had roaches—not one, not 20, but several. That’s an automatic dealbreaker. I didn’t even unpack. The front desk was polite enough, but no refund was offered. I value cleanliness and basic hygiene, and this place failed miserably. Avoid at all costs.
