Pros:

Pros:

The location was secure and the front desk staff very helpful with finding free parking.

Cons:

The signage from the parking garage through the sky bridge to the hotel was a little sparse. Asked a security guard for directions.

Checked the right boxes for a girls night. Clean. Safe. Location. Helpful staff. Good breakfast.
Pros:

The breakfast was well stocked, had a nice variety of items and comfortable seating.
The security of needing key card access plus ease of access to the skyway system.
The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The interaction with the woman that checked us in was especially pleasant and really stood out to me. She was helpful and informative without sounding like she was speaking from a required script.
Facilities were clean and well kept.
Room had a very large TV and plenty of table and seating space.

Cons:

I didn’t realize there wasn’t a microwave in the room. There is one to use on the 1st level though so it wasn’t a big deal.
Bed could be a little more comfortable
