Great decision to stay here if you are in town
Pros:

The location is amazing, close to everything. Literally downtown.
Light rail is just 5 minutes walk.
There’s Skyway(those cool sky bridge/passage) connected. You can enjoy the fun of walking and connecting yourself.
Front dest is friendly and nice, efficient check in process. We got a beautiful corner room.
Bed is kind size and comfy, the lighting in the room is great, amazing walking wardrobe and clean tidy bathroom facilities.
Good quality of towel and hand towels.
Breakfast area is chill and the breakfast is a comfort, enough for a nice start of the day.

Great room, great ammenities.
Pros:

The room was spacious, the gym had many weights for training, towels and water, there was an all day coffee and decaf bar, which I really needed. The location was very central and the convention center walk-able.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet did not have many veggies. Everything was very sweet and full of carbs. I was happy there was unsweetened oat flakes with nuts, banana, apple and soft boiled egg. It would have been nice to have some tomato, bell pepper and cucumber in addition to that, or more choice of nuts as toppings for the oat flakes.

Great two night stay for a concert at U.S. Bank Stadium
Pros:

I stayed here for a weekend concert at U.S. Bank Stadium with a friend in April 2026. We had a great experience overall and it was conveniently located to a variety of places downtown. The Double Queen room was nicely appointed and a decent size, very clean and in good shape.

One downside to note, is that there is no on-site hotel parking, instead you get a discounted rate for a commercial parking garage around the corner. Our stay was only for 2 nights but for the second day the garage tried to charge me the full amount without the hotel discount and I was stuck in the garage for a while trying to explain the situation to off site parking staff. I think the process could be a lot smoother for hotel guests..

Also depending on your comfort level and knowledge of downtown Minneapolis I would not walk around the hotel or downtown area at night, it did feel rather unsafe in a few spots. But if you're in a larger group it should be fine.

Hotel voor Prince fams
Pros:

Dit hotel is het perfecte uitgangspunt voor iedere Prince fan. Tegenover de First Avenue, direct naast de Downtown Mural en 5 minuten lopen naar Target Field voor honkbal en de Dakota jazz club voor goed eten en goede muziek.
Kamers zijn ruim, ontbijt is prima en het personeel behulpzaam.

Shampoo etc. in Spendern
sauber und hell
Man kann sehr viel fußläufig erreichen.

Cons:

kein Safe
Fenster nicht zu öffnen
Wenn ich jeden Tag Frühstück anbiete, kann man auf Einmal-Geschirr verzichten.

Great central place to stay in Minneapolis with great staff
Pros:

The breakfast was typical of American breakfasts. It just had powdered scrambled eggs, various bread items, a waffle machine, oatmeal, yogurt and some cereal. I'm used to hotels in Europe that provide a spectacular breakfast

Cons:

The staff is wonderful but be aware that you have to use your key card to open the second sliding door by the entrance or you can't get into the hotel. Even though the location is great for walking to all the main attractions, the area is filled with homeless people and I did see a few drugged out people as well.
