My first stay at the hampton in downtown minneapolis
Pros:

Staff was friendly, place was clean , was able to use skyway to get to my venue and had a good breakfast in the morning

Very clean and beautiful hotel
Pros:

The location was great when you are going to a Timberwolves game. The room was nice size, and it was very clean. I love how they had sky walks that take you to certain places instead of having to walk in the cold. The noise level at certain times were good but otherwise we had somebody above us, and I don't know what they were doing at 5 am pounding on the flooring or stomping like a giant but it was rude and then there was somebody next door that had a dog that was jumping around in the cage and the cage was banging on the wall at 2 am. I thought otherwise the hotel was great to stay at.

Centrally located, close to target field.
Pros:

Great location if you're going to target field or target center. Parking can get expensive so ask for Tomas or Brittany at the front desk and they can hook you up with $25 parking in Hawthorne ramp.

I have filled out your servey about my compliment & nobody got back to me about that 50.00 I had to pay at checking when I had an email saying my room was paid already I was not prepared for that handed charge you need to tell people you are going to charge that they said I would get it back but I have not so far my name is theresaconzet please check into this

The location was awesome surrounding where we wanted to go!

The breakfast was good; I would’ve liked to see some cranberry juice there
