Ipoh a friendly city
Pros:

Spacious for a double room and the location is very convenient because in the middle of city. Limited car park. The staff are excellent. Provide 2 bottles drinking water per day. Good thing is breakfast included if you were to check out early. Iron is also provided in the room. Air conditioner is cold enough for hot days in Malaysia

Cons:

Water pressure is not consistent, hot and cold water. Pressure also low. No hand towel provided and disposable slipper is very thin. Bath towel color a bit too grayish. Too noisy for my room because it was just opposite the store room where housekeeper need to use. Sound proofing of the room and windows are bad.

Disappointing stay
Pros:

Good location close to railway station and easy to go to town using Grab

Cons:

Breakfast was poor with lukewarm food even when we ate early
Very little fruit or choice of juices
Staff generally just couldn't be bothered to either speak or be helpful
Minimal toiletries were provided and we had to ask for a hairdryer
Room was very noisy in the night with road traffic going by.
