Letto molto comodo, zona ottima ne troppo centrale ne troppo distaccata.

Cons:

Una notte alcuni ospiti verso le 01.30 gridavano per corridoi e ascensore nessuno del personale li ha rinproverati. Credo sia normale in tutto il mondo rispettare il riposo notturno.

Bad hotel policy, ridiculous extra charge

Nice staff (but bad hotel policy)

Cons:

Bad policy - they charged me extra for a used small hand towel, they said there was a mark on the hand towel that they couldn't wash. God knows what happened, I use towels the normal way people use towels. I had to rush to the airport after checkout so I couldn't argue with them and paid anyway. But I will never come back.
I've stayed at 100+ hotels on my business trips and family vacations through the years and nobody charged me extra for a small hand towel!!
Hotels should account for cost of cleaning bed sheets, towels etc. as normal business cost.

Not worth the price
Pros:

The hotel was decent but lacked anything special to make it stand out. On the positive side, it was fairly clean, which is always appreciated. However, there wasn't much else to praise. Overall, it’s an average place for a short stay if cleanliness is your main priority

Cons:

Our experience at this hotel was disappointing overall. The staff were not very friendly and struggled with English, making communication difficult. The internet in the room was terrible, which meant I couldn’t work. To make matters worse, the cleaning staff accidentally wrapped my daughter’s toy in the sheets and almost lost it. We couldn’t even use the door sign to indicate ‘no cleaning’ because it didn’t match our room.

Breakfast was subpar, with leftovers that weren’t fresh. The location was also inconvenient, with very few restaurants nearby. The only highlight was a church 3 minutes away, which provided a nice spot for photos. Thankfully, we only stayed for two nights—wouldn’t recommend it for a longer stay
