Modern building with heaps of room in the unit. Great for mates or a family trip. Great views. Plenty of facilities for a longer stay. Close to shops, cafes and city centre.

Great amount of space with two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, washing machine and dryer as well as a balcony with lovely water views.

Its location is good and the room is lovely but it has very small hard double beds not queens and behind the curtains was very dirty and the bin had been emptied but was so dirty and sticky to touch and the cushions on the couch were very smelly. Guessing they are never washed which is not good in this day and age with Covid. We loved the apartment but it needs more attention to cleaning and washing of things everyone will use.

Firstly please be aware that this is a weird set up. The ‘hotel’ is actually Oaks Elan, and Signatures on Woods is on the 13th floor. You are told not to talk the the reception at the Oaks, the ‘reception’ is virtual.

We had a family group staying, with a total of 4 rooms, all of the rooms had problems.
We booked a 2 bedroom apartment for 2 adults and 2 children. The room only had 2 double beds. Not the best of my teenage children.
The fridge was not working, despite repeated emails and phone calls, it was not until day 9 of our 10 day stay that someone even came to look at the fridge.
I suggested it would be reasonable to either move us to another room, bring in a portable fridge or even an esky and ice. I was told by the management that there was nothing they could do and that the fridge was being replaced after our stay was finished.
The manager put in writing twice that he would reimburse the cost of the food that was spoilt, then revoked the offer.
Also the BBQ didn’t work, it was removed but not replaced, and the air conditioner leaked like a tap, management’s response was to put a towel on the floor (l filled a bucket overnight).
Such poor service. Incredibly disappointing as Darwin is a beautiful please with wonderful people.

2 bedroom apartment, but only one room furnished. Bed was tiny & uncomfortable. TV was tiny and miles away. It was clean and cheap, but not a great stay .

Apartment was in a good location and well fitted out. Bed was highly uncomfortable and would benefit from some sort of topper as you could feed the springs.

It was well located and an easy 10 minute walk to the Waterfront area and city. The apartment was very quiet, no street or neighbour noise. Fans and air con worked well. The swimming pool was FREEZING (stayed in late May/early June though). Good to have the self-contained kitchen as we could have breakfast in each morning and save some money. Both showers a bit useless. Water didn’t drain very well and made the floors wet, shower stem totally faulty in one bathroom, however water pressure and temperature were all fine and towels dried quickly on the balcony so not a big deal.

This is the most amazing apartment to stay in when visiting Darwin…location can’t be more perfect…the modern apartment is perfect! Comfort and cleanliness was faultless…privacy and security of the highest level…reservations staff professional and always available to assist…views off the balcony were a dream and a beautiful place to sit late in the afternoon to wind down…towels were of abundance both for showering or for pool use…We absolutely loved our stay here for a week and even booked one extra night because we didn’t want to leave…love love love SignTures on Woods and will stay again in the future as well as recommend to all our friends💕💕

Lovely apartment with two bathrooms & great views. There was a musty smell that took a couple of days to disappear. We had to leave the balcony door open 24/7 to get rid of the smell. Great location, walking distance to the mall & Stokes Hill Wharf.
Check in was easy & parking provided. We did a couple of coach tours & pickup was conveniently out the front.

Our overnight stay was very comfortable . The apartment was clean and comfortable. The bed was firm and bathroom very clean. The towels could be replaced soon I think because they were very rough. The apartment is in a hotel which is situated very conveniently to shops and restaurants.

The check in process was very quick and simple and the only staff member I came across was very polite and friendly. However during our stay our room was not serviced at all and when something did go wrong, we did make a phone call to report the incident but nothing was done. The room did not offer a general service (light clean up, replacing toilet paper)) while we stayed there for 4 days 3 nights.

This accommodation is difficult to review, the gentleman that looked after the place was fantastic in fixing issues but after reading previous reviews I would suggest the owners address the building issues. Overall a lovely place to stay but I was locked out of my room due to a faulty key and had to wait a considerable time to be let in with perishable goods melting in the hear, this is apparently a common issue. The toilet seat was broken and the television had issues with reception and did not have premium channels as advertised.

Beautiful view and easy to everything. Unfortunately on the first night there were many baby cockroaches, but they seemed to disappear by the next night. Also the ensuite shower recess flooded over the shiny floor tiles every time we had a shower almost reaching the bedroom so it always felt like we were walking on water. Other than this everything else was great.

Located in the Oaks Elan building, where we've stayed before, but without reception and nothing to do with Oaks. So it is a self check in and checkout. All was good with the only problem being that the door key cards stopped working on 2 occasions, both of them, which required leaving the cards in letterbox for maintenance to pickup and fix, which was done in the hour. We only had them fixed once. Also, the restaurant/bar downstairs is not associated with Signatures so does not offer room service. Air con in all rooms which was handy with the heat and rain. Nice balcony overlooking the harbour. Will stay again.

Apartment is in great location in cbd can walk to most of the attractions in the area. it is self contained so has all the comforts of home (washing machine dryer fridge etc). Would definately recommend

Good location, close to Smith street mall. 10 minute walk to Waterfront.
Room neat and clean with good views.
Check in quick and easy. Good communication.

Would stay here again.
