Amazing staff
Pros:

My parents stayed there for one night they really enjoyed it. The staff were really nice with them and were very thoughtful and caring about elderly guests.

Sehr gutes und sauberes Hotel. Parkservice auch sehr gut und Frühstück sehr lecker

Cons:

Das Zimmer mit den Möbeln in die Jahre gekommen und sehr dunkel. Das Bad braucht definitiv eine Renovierung, ist nicht dreckig oder so aber halt sehr alt

Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und groß und das schönste ist, dass es zentral war und Betten waren bequem Dusche groß gab’s auch extra Couch wo man sich auch gemütlich hinsetzen könnte und Tee und Kaffee war auch mit Wasser schon dort gestanden man könnte es selber Kaffee oder Tee kochen
wir haben später eingecheckt im Rezeption hat uns Herr Berkay Öner und Frau Irem Gül Empfangen sehr freundliche Empfang und haben auch gefragt, ob wir Wünsche haben. Das war jederzeit anrufen können wenn was sein sollte und unser WLAN
erklärt, waren sehr freundlich danke 🫶

beim Frühstück türkische Tee. Haben sie
Beutel Tee genommen anstandt lose Tee das fanden wir sehr schade als Tee Kenner ist das beim Frühstück für uns einfach nicht das was wir erwartet hatten .

Ik had expliciet gevraagd om twee aparte bedden, maar kreeg een tweepersoonsbed. Ondanks dat dit was toegezegd.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Heizung liess sich nicht regulieren, sodass man die Balkontür offen lassen musste.

Das Zimmer ist super groß und bequem aber leider einige Abzüge

Gemütliches Bett, großes Zimmer, sehr zentral

Cons:

Habe dort ein Paket abgegeben an der Rezeption und später war das Paket leer. Ich habe Kopfhörer vergessen und die Unterkunft kontaktiert. Habe keinerlei Rückmeldung erhalten. Unverschämt aber typisch für die Türken. Das Bad war verstopft und das Wasser lief beim duschen nicht ab.
