Faultless and fantastic!
Pros:

Pros:

Nous avons aimé la proximité de toutes les attractions …. Tout se fait à pied. Le roof top est chouette 😊; le personnel est très attentionné: ils nous ont gardé une grosse partie de nos bagages lorsque nous sommes allés à Sa Pa . Le petit déjeuner était incroyable

Super séjour dans cet hôtel paisible !
Pros:

Super hébergement, n’hésitez pas à le choisir pour votre séjour à Hanoi ! Super bien situé dans une rue très calme un petit peu en retrait, on n’entend donc aucun bruit depuis les chambres ! Le personnel est très accueillant. Ils nous ont bien aidées et conseillées tout le long de notre séjour ! Le déjeuner est varié et frais. La chambre et la salle de bain sont propres et les lits très confortables (la photo de la chambre est après que nous nous ayons installées évidemment) ! La terrasse sur le toit donne une belle vue sur la ville et permet de passer de belles soirées au calme. Nous avons tout aimé et nous y retournerions sans hésiter 😃.

Increíble hotel en el centro
Pros:

Lo mejor fue la cama, que era enorme y muy muy cómoda. También el personal, super atento y amable, la rooftop y el desayuno (buffet con mucha variedad asiática y occidental).

Cons:

No hay nada que no me gustase, pero como sugerencia, en las escaleras que suben a la recepción del hotel, les diría que pegaran la alfombrilla que ponen para la lluvia, ya que resbala y puede ser peligrosa si no está sujeta.

Great location with great staff
Pros:

We loved staying here for 1 night on our way to Hue. It was our first time and first night in Vietnam and we felt very well taken care of. The location is perfect next to the river and the staff are so kind and helpful. We loved Hanoi for our short stay and are looking coming back to the hotel for another night before we leave Vietnam. Highly Recommended

What a great experience. Thank You Hani for your support. You made me and my son feel so welcomed in Hanoi.
Pros:

The property was a hidden gem. Wow. Me and my son got lucky. The location is extremely convenient to the main streets. Within walking distance to train street and restaurants. We were very fortunate. Once I checked in Hani made us feel welcomed and quickly secured our trips to Ha long Bay and Sapa to include a sleeper bus. This was a vacation of a lifetime and Hani and the staff made this all possible. Thank you Sunline Central Hotel staff. Great job.

Maybe that there was no swimming Poole and gym. But other than that it was great.
