Clean and comfortable room, in the heart of the Hanoi Old City. Hotel also has a nice skybar. Staff were excellent and even gifted us a birthday cake for a guests birthday.

Centraal, maar rustig en een hele goede service
Pros:

Het hotel ligt heel centraal, nog geen 5 min lopen van het meer en heel dichtbij het waterpoppentheater (max 10 min lopen) Het hotel ligt in een autoluwe straat waardoor het in de kamer erg rustig is.

De kamer zelf is heel schoon, heeft een heerlijk bed, een goede airco, koelkastje en een badkamer met douchescherm en wen goede warme douche

Het ontbijt was een uitgebreid en goed buffet. Verder kon je ook kiezen uit een klein menu van eieren, pannenkoeken en french toast.

Het dakterras was ook leuk om een drankje te doen. Niet groot, maar je kon er lekker in de wind zitten en wat eten en drinken.

De dames en heer bij de te receptie waren super! Ze lieten op een plattegrond de highlights zien en gaven ook leuke tips waar te eten en koffie te drinken. We hebben via de receptie ook een foodtour geregeld die echt super leuk en lekker was.

Ook konden we onze grote bagage laten staan toen we een 5-daagse tour in het noorden gingen doen.

What a magnificent hotel to stay in for our first visit to Vietnam - thoroughly recommend a stay here!
Pros:

We just spent a week here - walking down our neighbourhood street each morning was my favourite part of our day! So vibrant and friendly. Our room was very quiet each night and the beds so comfy. The staff were such a treat greeting us with the happiest service and smiles each day. Breakfast was fantastic and kept us full way past lunch. Would definitely stay again

Cet hôtel est vraiment bien situé juste à côté du petit lac au centre d'Hanoi. Les chambres sont parfaites, très confortables. Le personnel est accueillant et disponible. Le petit déjeuner est impeccable.

Awesome location, tucked in one street away from the hustle and bustle. Far enough to get quiet, close enough for a quick hop to Old Quarter’s most famous bits.

Cons:

Really the only drawback is the lack of the usual hotel gym and pool, but then again almost all similar hotels in the area are missing those as well. One elevator but only a couple rooms per floor so traffic isn’t too bad.
