Excelente ubicación y gran atención en el corazón del Old Quarter
Pros:

El hotel está ubicado en pleno centro histórico de Hanói (Old Quarter), rodeado de restaurantes, bares y comercios. Su ubicación es realmente privilegiada, ya que se encuentra a solo dos cuadras del lago Hoan Kiem. A pesar de estar en una zona muy activa, la calle donde se emplaza el hotel es tranquila y silenciosa. Además, las ventanas con termopanel aíslan muy bien el ruido exterior, lo que permite descansar sin problemas.

El acceso al hotel se realiza a través de dos escaleras que convergen en una puerta que conduce al hall principal. El edificio cuenta con ascensor y aproximadamente 4 a 5 habitaciones por piso, por lo que el uso del ascensor resulta más que suficiente para la cantidad de huéspedes.

La habitación tiene alrededor de 30 m², es muy limpia y cómoda. El baño, aunque pequeño, está bien equipado y dispone de un aroma muy agradable. La ducha funciona perfectamente, con buena presión y temperatura del agua.

La habitación incluye un clóset pequeño (con bata), frigobar, escritorio, veladores, televisor y una cama de buen tamaño. El colchón es firme y se encuentra en buen estado, sin deformaciones. El aire acondicionado funciona correctamente y con muy bajo nivel de ruido.

Uno de los puntos más destacables del hotel es su personal. Fueron extremadamente amables y acogedores durante toda la estadía. La atención fue excelente y siempre se mostraron atentos a cada detalle, receptivos ante cualquier solicitud o inquietud. Valoramos especialmente este nivel de hospitalidad y también agradecemos el pequeño presente que nos entregaron al momento del checkout. Fue un gesto muy encantador.

Cons:

Como aspectos a mejorar —y que también compartimos como feedback al hotel— sugerimos:

1) incorporar una luz dentro del clóset, ya que actualmente es bastante oscuro;
2) ampliar la oferta de alimentos occidentales en el desayuno;
3) retrasar ligeramente el horario de limpieza de habitaciones, ya que el servicio comenzaba a las 9:00 am y en algunos días el ruido de la aspiradora nos despertó.

En cualquier caso, se trata de detalles menores y fácilmente corregibles. En general, fue una muy buena experiencia y un hotel altamente recomendable para alojarse en el Old Quarter de Hanói.

Great location. Fantastic staff.
Pros:

Located close to the lake and main attractions in the old quarter (opposite Pizza 4Ps). Staff on reception were very helpful, even tracking down a phone we lost and having it returned. Our rooms (honeymoon suite and family room) were spacious and front facing. Comfy beds.

Cons:

Small point… Breakfast was fair. We were a little disappointed about the lack of pho but the offerings were still pleasant.

L'emplacement est très bien, le petit déjeuner comme il faut. Le personnel très bien également. Nous avons également apprécié le ROOFTOP avec une vue sur HANOI.

Excellent staff customer service and comfortable Hotel.
Pros:

The hotel location was excellent and surrounded by everything. The hotel room was clean and comfortable bed. The famous 4Ps pizza place is just opposite the hotel. The breakfast was decent and good. I would like to specially mention that the hotel staff qaa 5 star graded, Tony and Jasmine were extremely helpful and able to solve our traveling problems at their best, gave their 200% to help us. Extremely recommended hotel

Perfekte Lage & nettes Personal
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Vergleichsweise zu unseren anderen Unterkünften - gutes Frühstück. Das Hotel liegt Mitten in der Stadt. Betten waren gemütlich (weiche Matratzen). Badezimmer steht nach dem Duschen nicht unter Wasser.

Balkon war nur ein französischer Balkon, also nicht zu Nutzen

Pros:

Hôtel dans une rue au calme et en plein centre historique. Super literie.
Excellents petits déjeuner

Cons:

L'hôtel devait gérer notre transfert depuis l'aéroport.
La voiture ne correspondait pas à notre reservation. 6 personnes avec des bagages. Nous avons du prendre une deuxième voiture et donc payer davantage. L’hotel a fait preuve de mauvaise fois. Nous souhaitions utiliser ce service de l'hôtel pour nous faire gagner du temps plutôt que de prendre un Grab et finalement nous avons attendu et payer plus cher. Et ce avec aucune excuse de l'hôtel.
