Чисто, обслуживание очень хорошее. Завтраки вкусные. если берёте сторону на горы то очень тихо.
В бассейне с джакузи была прохладная вода .Тяжело было найти . Google maps показывает не ту дорогу. Если поднимаетесь с Дилижана то поднимайтесь выше до указателя на отель справа.

Отель стоит прямо на трассе - очень шумно , кроме того отель имеет две половины -старую и новую . Старая часть отеля (в ней ресторан ) - очень неприятная , производит тяжелее впечатление , требуется реновация
Очень внимательный персонал во всем отеле, всегда готовы помочь, отличные завтраки, большой выбор блюд,
дессертов,фруктов ,овощей.Просторные,современные номера.Достаточно большие indoor и outdoor бассейны.
Рядом лес, есть где погулять,очень красивая местность.Недалеко находится Дилижан, 10 минут на такси, есть что посмотреть и погулять.

What excellent staff. We arrived exhausted after a long day of driving and were greeted with a lovely cool drink. The indoor pool was fantastic and the sauna. But the highlight was the restaurant with the best meal we had on our whole trip with fantastic Armenian wine. The breakfast was equally good with a wide choice of beautifully prepared food.
The location is outside Dilijan and on a noisy road, but once you are inside the hotel none of this matters.

Не думаю что есть что то , что не могло бы не понравится. Тут идеально все : место , виды , кухня , персонал, чистота , прекрасный руководитель ! Я тут отдыхаю уже наверное 10ый раз. Не представляю лругого места в Армении где так спакойно и прекрасно можно отдохнуть .

При заезде получили номер повышенной категории. При заселении в номер получили комплимент из фруктов и шампанского. Отзывчивый и услужливый персонал. Тихая и спокойная обстановка в отеле. Т.к. отель во время нашего пребывания работал на обслуживание тургрупп, то автобусы с туристами приезжали в 18 - 19 час и на следующий день, после завтрака в в 9 час уезжали. В отеле почти никого не было. Свободные СПА зона,
, бассейны открытый (температура воды в нем не менее 27-29 гр.) и закрытый, рестораны и бар.
Отличный шведский стол на завтрак и ужин. Вкусная еда в ресторане. Очень большие порции. Вид из номера.
До города надо добираться на такси. Никаких магазинов рядом с отелем нет. При входе в номер нет вешалки для верхней одежды.
The breakfast room was lovely and the hotel looked good but it was a bit confusing: our room was on the 3rd floor and so was the breakfast room but you couldn't go from the room to the breakfast room because they didn't connect. Thankfully someone led us there, otherwise we probably wouldn’t have found it.
The room was very spacious and had a king bed. The bath towels were a good size, and there were bathrobes and slippers. There were no drawers for clothes, and the shelves in the closet were only about 3 inches deep, so they couldn’t hold any clothes, only a wallet or a pen. There was no counter in the bathroom, so nowhere to put your toiletries. There was nothing to put our suitcases on, so we had to lay them on the floor.
There were no reading lights by the bed. There were several ceiling lights, and my husband’s side of the bed, there was a ceiling light which was sufficient for reading. However, there was no independent switch for that light, so when he was reading, all the ceiling lights had to stay on. There was no light on my side of the bed, so I couldn’t read in bed.
The hotel was ok, but could have been better designed.
