Pros:

Hotel bellissimo, dotato di tutti i comfort: piscina, sauna, palestra…! Il personale è stato gentilissimo, ci hanno fatto un upgrade di camera gratuito, dandoci una camera gigante e ci hanno portato un piatto di frutta di benvenuto con un prosecco. Colazione ricca e internazionale.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, made even more special by the amazing staff. During breakfast on my birthday, they surprised me with a cake and candle - such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture. Moments like that really show how much they care about their guests.
The service was excellent throughout, and we truly felt welcomed and cared for.

Big room, Wonderful indoor pool, Delicious restaurant, very kids friendly
Pros:

Superb, I went with my husband and 3 years old daughter. They upgraded our room free of charge, get our stuff to the room and get us a welcome drink. We really loved the indoor poor, it is big and clean. The room is so big and the bed was very big, that was a great luxury. They even have a kids play room.

Cons:

Nothing specific, the bathroom could be better.

Exceptional, extended stay says it all
Pros:

Stayed 2 nights and extended to 5 – excellent overall experience.
Outstanding staff and service (very attentive in the restaurant, great porterage).
Excellent food quality and presentation.
Great spa facilities: pool, sauna, relaxation areas, plus billiards and table tennis.
Very peaceful and quiet (perfect off-season stay).
Beautiful hillside location, a short taxi ride to Dilijan and nearby monasteries.

Perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Comfortable, well-managed hotel with strong hospitality and great facilities.
