It was quiet and lovely at the middle of a very pleasant green woodland, not crowded with friendly and helpful staff, very polite. 2 swimming pools, billiard tables, ping pong tables and etc.
I almost liked everything except that they charged us for breakfast when we arrived because it was before our check in time, hotels usually don’t do that, and it wasn’t cheap, £42 for 2 person, and to be fair the breakfast was not worth £22 for a person.
We stayed two nights at this hotel. Got a fairly big room high facing toward the road and the pool. The room was comfortable, with good shower, coffee maker etc. The AC was a bit slow. It would have been nice to enjoy the fresh air by keeping the balcony door open but the rather persistent and very loud noise from the main road made this impossible. The big hit and surprise was the impressive breakfast buffet. The dinner was also good. Staff were friendly and attentive, but it would have been useful if the front desk staff knew more about the region and could advice on hikes etc.

We reserved three rooms for one night during a guided tour in Armenia. The rooms were a good size and each one had a balcony. The beds were extremely comfortable and there were rain showers in the bathroom. The gym was okay but some of the machines (e.g. treadmills) need servicing and did not work. The dinner and breakfast were amazing. There was a huge choice of food at breakfast and the coffee was very good. The service was excellent and the staff were kind, patient and helpful

The location is amazing. In nature. Have a small stream running. It’s simply mesmerizing.
