Sehr angenehmes und freundliches Hotel mit Top-Lage!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, für jeden etwas dabei.
Das Zimmer war ausreichend und sauber, das Bad könnte etwas größer sein.
Das Personal sehr bemüht und sehr freundlich.
Die Lage wunderbar direkt am See und ganz in Zentrumsnähe, optimal.

Cons:

Das Parken ist nicht ganz optimal, es stehen zu wenig Parkplätze zur Verfügung.
Sonst muss man auf der Straße parken oder Gebühren für einen anderen Parkplatz zahlen.
Ein Parkplatz sollte dem Kunden schon zur Verfügung stehen bei einem Hotel.
Der Pool am Dach war nicht ganz sauber, haben wir nicht benutzt.

Pros:

Die Lage ist besonders. Nur 50 Meter zur Fußgängerzone. Direkt am See. Das Hotel selbst besticht durch seine Lage. Das Zimmer war sehr komfortabel, die Betten 1a. Keine Lärmbelästigung bemerkt. Das Frühstück war außergewöhnliche.

Cons:

Nur eine Kleinigkeit: Der Vorhang hatte sich ausgehängt an einem Ende. Hing etwas runter. Sah halt nicht schön aus.

Pros:

Arrived early and room was ready - so bonus. Great location right on lake front with easy stroll into Bardolino. Loved the private garden on the lake with waiter service - such luxury!. Room was lovely with large balcony. Breakfast amazing - loved the egg station. Also had a lunch once or twice - again really good. Staff friendly and easy going.

Hotel Kriss was the perfect location for our stay, exploring Lake Garda. I’d gladly return and wouldn’t change anything.
Pros:
