Super freundliches Personal, mega Frühstück. Wenn das Zimmer auch noch gepasst hätte - wäre es ein perfekter Urlaub gewo
Pros:

Am meisten hat uns wieder die Freundlichkeit vom Personal gefallen. Angefangen beim Check-In und Out über das Frühstück und die Bar - alle super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum See und zum Ort war super. Auch die Möglichkeit unser Auto in einer eigenen Tiefgarage abstellen zu können (gegen angemessene Gebühr- eher günstig) war gut. Das Frühstück ist sicher eines der besten, was wir bisher gehabt haben. Einfach wirklich alles da und dann noch von super freundlichen und aufmerksamen Personal serviert - mehr geht fast nicht.

Cons:

Obwohl die Lage von unserer Zimmer gut war (mit direktem Blick auf dem Gardasee) mussten wir im Zimmer einige Mängel feststellen. Die Spülung vom WC rann zeitweise und es war ein unangenehmes Geräusch wahrnehmbar. Erst nach mehrmaligen Betätigen der Spülung funktionierte das WC dann wieder. Das Bad war insgesamt sehr klein, was aber grundsätzlich für uns kein Problem dargestellt hat. Aber wenn das Bidet so knapp zwischen Wand und Duschkabine platziert ist, dass eine Benützung vom Bidet für einen normalen Menschen nicht möglich ist, dann ist es einfach nicht zu gebrauchen - schade.

Die Einschränkung durch das fehlende Wasser hat uns den Aufenthalt leider etwas vermiest.
Pros:

Ein tolles Zimmer mit einem wunderschönen Blick über den See.

Cons:

Leider konnten wir 4 Tage lang nicht zufriedenstellend duschen, da ein Problem mit der Wasserversorgung herrschte. Deshalb sind wir auch früher abgereist. Zuerst gab es nur kaltes Wasser und ab dem zweiten Tag kam das Wasser nur noch Tropfenweise.

Wunderbare kurze Auszeit
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und vielseitig. Das Personal war super zuvorkommend und freundlich. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Vorm Hotel konnte man direkt ein Boot mieten und eine Seerundfahrt unternehmen.

Soggiorno al Kriss
Pros:

Colazione varia e cortesia del personale di sala. Posizione in centro e fronte lago. Hotel silenzioso. Vista camera molto bella. Comodità letti.

Cons:

Bagno un po piccolo rispetto alle dimensioni della camera. Odore stagnante in bagno e pulizia da migliorare.
