O conforto, a piscina, a vista, atendimento e o café da manhã são mesmo incríveis.
Não gostei do fato de que o restaurante dentro de um hotel 5 estrelas, era suposto ter uma melhor apresentação do prato e mais opções. Escolhi um prato que visivelmente não estava bem apresentável e ainda mais não tinha bom sabor. Então para o que o hotel oferece, achei muito falho o jantar, que inclusive é pago por fora. Ou seja, 29€ em um prato que além de não ser saboroso, não tinha sequer uma boa apresentação.
O pequeno almoço é fabuloso, muito variado e completo. O quarto é grande e as camas são confortáveis. Tudo me pareceu bem limpo e higienizado.
O espaço da piscina interior é muito pequeno, um hotel daquele tamanho deveria ter uma piscina interior maior assim como o espaço de espreguiçadeiras. É facto que a piscina exterior é incrível, mas a interior fica um pouco aquém.

El restaurante para ser de un hotel de 5 estrellas no tiene el servicio correcto. Y hace falta que la dirección se implique más. Ejemplo: a las 5 de la tarde la habitación aún estaba sin hacer y eso que era un domingo después de puente que el hotel se quedaba al 30 por ciento de ocupación . Podían hacer las habitaciones ocupadas antes que las que se quedaban vacías. En el desayuno la cafetera funcionaba mal, el secador de la habitación se apagaba constantemente….
Pequeños detalles que hacen que la estancia no sea la experiencia de 5 estrellas que uno espera. Con la ubicación tan maravillosa y las instalaciones podría ser perfecto. Deberían cuidar más los detalles.

Pequeno almoço é bom. A piscina interior encontra-se 24h aberta. Funcionários muito simpáticos.
O check in é feito com acesso pela garagem. Contudo, a porta nao abria sem o cartão e mesmo carregando no botão da campainha/ abrir. Deviam de estar mais atentos aos acessos. Adicionalmente, a relaçao preço qualidade não corresponde à realidade. O hotel precisa de ser reformulado, ainda para mais quando falamos de um hotel 5 estrelas. Esperava mais do SPA.
Localização e vista
Quando cheguei ao quarto tinha um lenço de papel visível a todos com manchinhas de sangue no meu do chão; um plástico caído debaixo dos lavatórios e aí permaneceu os 3 dias de estadia.
Piscina exterior gelada, já que dava previsão de um óptimo tempo podiam te la aquecida.
Preço absurdo no almoço no bar.
