Quarto com alcatifa, cabeços no chão do wc, cama desconfortável e ruidosa. Um simples virar de lado, a cama fazia imenso baralho.

Terem acrescentado taxa de gratificação no valor jantar sem perguntarem se o pretendíamos fazer. Não terem cobrado o valor correto pelo serviço de SPA.

Pros:

Hotel de 5 estrelas com uma localização espectacular junto ao rio Douro, com umas vistas, do quarto e da piscina, deslumbrantes.
Quarto enorme e confortável e pequeno-almoço com muita variedade e quantidade.
A piscina exterior é divina, tamanho xxl,l e com água super quente e umas vistas para o rio Douro deliciosas.
O bar é um espaço bastante amplo e agradável com um Barman a sério e a "dar conta do recado".
No restaurante fomos bem tratados, com os colaboradores a serem muito simpáticos e prestáveis e a comida estava saborosa.

Cons:

Um dos pontos mais negativos foi a limpeza na casa de banho do quarto. Após comunicação com a recepção o problema foi imediatamente corrigido, mas para um hotel de 5 estrelas o cuidado nesta questão deve ser mais cuidadoso e exigente.
Outro aspecto menos positivo foi o estado dos equipamentos do ginásio, mas aqui percebo que infelizmente nos dias atuais seja difícil para os estabelecimentos ter alguma coisa em condições.

Bon pour être honnête il faut aller dans cet hôtel uniquement pour la vue qui est exceptionnelle et sa piscine à débordement.

Cons:

Pas mal de choses ont été décevantes dans cet établissement : le personnel tout d’abord, absolument pas à la hauteur pour un hôtel donné 5 étoiles (d’ailleurs je ne sais pas sur quel critère ces étoiles ont été données, car en aucun cas cela y ressemble). Le cadre (hors vue), austère, dépouillé, à la propreté douteuse (moquette et tapis pleins de taches, trous dans le mur du couloir menant aux chambres (photo à l’appui), odeur de citronnelle partout) , un halle d’entrée et une salle de restaurant sans âme, un personnel qui débarrasse votre table alors que vous allez juste chercher un café… Bref, on est très très mais alors très loin d’un 5 étoiles (attention photos trompeuses).

Vista incrível, quarto espaçoso e muito confortável, comida boa, excelente pequeno almoço, os funcionários muitíssimo simpáticos e prestativos.

Cons:

Só não gostei de ter de sair do elevador principal que sai do piso da receção e sobe apenas até ao piso 6, e ter de percorrer o corredor todo para apanhar outro elevador e ir ao piso 9.
