Hôtel très bien situé en plein centre de Toulouse, nous avons tout pu faire à pied.
L'hôtel est calme et bien insonorisé.
Le petit déjeuner est très bon et très varié.
Mention spécial aux deux hotes d'accueil très gentil et serviable.

L’accueil - manque de personnel quand il y avait une demande élevée .
Le prélèvement à la carte d’une somme supérieure à la réservation(plus que 100€)
. Remboursée par la suite mais pas immédiatement. Pénalisant pour les gens honnêtes.
