Magnifique hôtel et service formidable, je recommande
Pros:

Accueil très sympathique, la chambre était très propre et agréablement décorée. L'hôtel est calme et idéalement situé.
Le cadre est très soigné c'était un réel plaisir de séjourner au Capitouls. De plus l'accueil m'a appelé un chauffeur VTC absolument incroyable Ibra VTC 31 qui a été d'une immense gentillesse, il m'a accompagnée partout pendant 2 jours, je n'avais jamais eu un service aussi haut de gamme. Bravo à l'hôtel de choisir aussi bien ses partenaires, c'est tellement important ! Merci à toute l'équipe pour cet accueil si chaleureux.

La ubicación, estaba cerca del centro

Cons:

En la entrada hay muchos mendigos, en el hotel en general hace frío pero en las habitaciones muchísimo más, estábamos a -4 grados en la calle y en la habitación hacía mucho frío, únicamente subía el termostato hasta 21º y nada más, pero era muy frío, hablamos con la recepción y nos dijeron que no se podía subir más, que ese era el tope
