Georgia Tbilisi GT Hotel

Vistelsen på hotellet var helt OK. Varken den bästa eller sämsta hotellupplevelsen. Trevlig, hjälpsam personal. Vi anlände till hotellet ca 3.30 på morgonen, och hade inte bokat första natten förrän natten därpå, men fick ställa ifrån oss väskorna och få hjälp att boka taxi till Stepantsminda "mitt i natten". Bra service kallar jag det! Hotellfrukosten var helt OK. Inte det största utbudet, men inte heller det minsta. Totalt en fullgod upplevelse att bo på detta hotell. Ganska små hotellrum, men helt dugliga. Toaletten hade en doftspray som sprayade per automatik på ett intervall. Denna luktade inte gott, varför det spred sig en otrevlig lukt i rummet. Dåligt tryck i duschen, men det är mer regel än undantag vart än man åker i Europa är min upplevelse. Wi-fi krånglade.

Hotel doesn't quite meet the international standards but the stuff is extremely nice and helpful

Location is perfect, it is center and meanwhile in calm place. Hotel has kind of patio with nice bar in garden. That became my favorite place and I'll definitely will come back there.

Perfect hotel in old city and close to all landmarks.

Perfect location in the centre of Tbilisi, close to the sights, restaurants and bars. Comfortable room with wi-fi and very good breakfast.

Fanns ingen parkering trots att det står i beskrivningen. Dåligt skick på rummen och väldigt lyhört.

Cosy hotel with excellent location, in the heart of old Tbilisi and close to liberty square. Superclose to bride of peace and the cable car up to Narikala fortress.
The rooftop bar offers a great view. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Basic breakfast with good choice.

Rommene er små og trange, men ikke verre enn at man kan overnatte der et par dager. Vi bodde der på flere rom og tidspunkt, og det luktet vondt fra toalettet fra vi kom til vi dro. Muligens dårlige vannlåser? Ingen heis, og internettdekningen var høyst variabel. Fra greit på takterrassen og ok i tredjeetasje til nesten ubrukelig på rommene i andreetasje. Er internett viktig, sørg for å få et rom i tredje etasje.

I tillegg var det veldig lytt ut til gangene, slik at man hørte omtrent alt som ble sagt utenfor.

Inngangspartiet til hotellet er ikke lett å få øye på da hotellet ligger i bakgate og det er litt dårlig skiltet fra hovedgaten. Du må igjennom en passasje og forbi noen små cafeer før du kommer til hotellet.
Gateparkering hvis man ankommer med bil, men ikke alltid like lett å finne ledig plass.

Veldig bra plassering et steinkast fra gamlebyen hvor det er mange restauranter og puber og generelt et område med mye folkeliv. På toppen er det en fantastisk takterrasse med sofaer og bar med tak.
Frokosten ikke veldig spennende, men helt ok

The rooms were clean but the staff did not respond to emails so i did not have my airport taxi waiting at 1.55am as I had asked (woman travelling alone) and they did not do one single thing more than they needed. At check-in at 2.45am the young guy hardly spoke to me and didn't even offer assistance to my room - flights up with a suitcase. At check out the guy at reception had a friend sitting with him and was more interested in acting cool than being helpful. Breakfast - ordinary.

Small hotel's open stairwell floor plan and lack of noise absorption on floors and walls contribute to a noisy environment. You can hear loud conversation from the lobby in your closed room. No elevator available, so schlepping luggage to upper floors could be a bit difficult if hotel staff is not available.
Breakfast is more than just tea and toast, and is quite good with hot and cold choices.
TV in room came on every night after it was turned off. Woke me up and I had to turn off again.
Bathroom facilities were fine, but storage/ shelf space for toiletries and towels was not. No electrical outlet in bathroom, so glad I had a rechargeable shaver, because no place to plug anything in. The top floor has a covered terrace with nice seating area and bar and a great view of old town.

Kaukasian kiertomatkan päätepisteenä oli Tbilisi, jossa halusimme hotellin keskeiseltä paikalta vanhaa kaupunkia. Sijainniltaan ja palveluiltaan GT oli hyvä valinta, mutta henkilökunnan palvelualttiudessa on kehitettävää. Hetkittäin tuntui, että asiakaspalvelua ei juuri välitetty pohtia. Kelpo hotelli ja ehdottomasti hintansa arvoinen.

Снимали большой номер ,двумя семьями.В целом номер не понравился,маленький санузел недоукомплектованный многими принадлежностями.Сложно разобраться с телевидением.Плюсы,прекрасный большой балкон с видом на город и очень вкусный завтрак.Но нет заварного кофе.Расположение идеальное!Персонал решил все наши проблемы и пожелания (был ночной вылет,нам в 10 вечера до 01-00 часа ночи дали одноместный номер ,чтоб передохнуть и принять душ за 70 лари).И ещё,у гостиницы красивый видовой ресторан на последнем этаже!Поэтому по итогу смешанное отношение к гостинеце,цена -то далеко не низкая.

Tiblisi is just a pearl of a city and this hotel is placed on the middle of it all. Everything you want is within walking distance. A whole street with restaurants are just around the corner. Staff are super friendly. Rooms clean, not big but for us didn't matter. Roof bar is just spectacular with its view over the city. A cosy city hotel with all you need for a good weekend stay in Tiblisi.

hotel is really very well located. staff are friendly and helpful. Only improvement area is the breakfast provided.

Superb hotel for the 3-star rating. Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Very convenient for the synagogue next door for Jewish visitors.

Told upon arrival that paying by card incurs 10% fee. Room was small, but clean. Breakfast was plentiful, but cold. Overall descent hotel.

Excellent location

2 teenagers and their parents check in at GT. Great location. Easy to find. What could go wrong? Well... as for the free parking... we have an alley where you can leave your car. Leave your car key here if somebody else needs to move a car. Fine. 5 percent extra if you want to use your credit card. Ah... but we are at the first floor, next to the reception. A little damp, one window only, with a weak light. But that's OK, we are here. We go to sleep. I wake up to go to the restroom... light drizzle in the restroom. The faucet broke!!!

This all ended next day when we got moved to a different room in the 3rd floor. Nice view from the balcony. Room clean and sunny.

The only other surprise came when the hotel ran out of milk at breakfast. Plain old grocery store milk!!!

But if you travel in the Caucasian countries, you know you have to deal with some of this. I would still go back. IF for nothing else, you know, the location is great!

Charming little hotel in a great location of Old Town.
The front desk person, Lado, spoke good English, was very friendly, provided excellent customer service and accommodated all our needs.
The rooms are small, but clean and comfortable. We had a balcony with an amazing view of the old town.
They serve a decent homemade breakfast.
I also recommend to visit the rooftop restaurant with an amazing 180' view and good food.

The overall experience was excellent! I highly recommend this place for the service, condition, and location.
