When I first checked in I was assigned a room with poor A/C that was not working properly and a humid room with mildew odor....NO GOOD!
I requested room changed, and the second one in a higher floor was in good condition!!...also I have to mention that I requested a wake-up call in the morning for the following day in order to go to the Airport, and I "never" received that call in the morning...NO GOOD AT ALL!... thanks to be cautious I set up my own wake up call in my cellular phone, otherwise my flight would be lost!!...VERY BAD!!!

Whent I make my check out at 5:30AM the person in the lobby want to charge me 20.00 Bolivians more for the taxi when y ask to the lady how much is for the taxi I the morning she explain me the amount is 80.00 bolivianos but whent I make my check out the person say the amount is 100.00 only to make the receipt in the reception at the end I pay to the taxi directly and they charge me 80.00 bolivianos and they give me a receipt too.

Séjour affaire. Hôtel bien situé par rapport aux clients visités. Air conditionné un peu bruyante dans la chambre. Piscine agréable.

Large rooms. Apartments. Nice balcony overlooking city. Good location. Short taxi to center. 25 b, Has all the aminities. Breakfast has a large amount of choices. Eggs any way 5 juices. Can't go wrong.

Great place to stay while in Santa Cruz
Pros:

The rooms are very spacious and the rest of the facilities are very well maintained, you feel like you are at home. The staff are very cordial and helpful. I will definitely stay at Suites Toborochi next time I'm in Santa Cruz
