A cozy, comfortable stay with unforgettable views; made every little imperfection easy to overlook
Pros:

This was our first time staying in Ruidoso, and overall, we really enjoyed the condo. The location was exceptional as it provided a great view of the surrounding areas. What truly made the stay special were the incredible views; they made it easy to overlook the small details. From our second-floor condo, we could see Sierra Blanca and the Inn of the Mountain Gods, which was absolutely breathtaking. The heating system worked perfectly, and the manager let us know there were space heaters in the closet if needed, but we never had to use them—the condo stayed cozy and warm.

Cons:

While the furniture and kitchen appliances were older, they gave the place a nostalgic charm that reminded me of visiting my grandmother in the ’80s and ’90s. The rooms were clean, though the carpet was a bit dingy. Given that it was winter and guests were tracking in snow and sleet from the balcony, that was understandable.
The condo provided towels, though they were a bit worn, so I’d recommend bringing your own. There was a working fireplace, with firewood available for purchase for $10, or you can bring your own (we didn’t use it).

We used the outdoor grill, conveniently located just outside our unit, without any issues. The kitchen was also functional for cooking and storing food. While the refrigerator was older, it did its job and kept everything cold.

Great experience. Plenty of room for the family. The view is exceptional! Sammie at the main office is so helpful and nice. Clean condo.

Pros:

The fireplace, the balcony and the cabin itself so spacious and comfortable. The view was a beautiful bonus. The staff so accommodating, friendly and helpful a big plus.

Cons:

Two of the facilities, one was the outdoor grill where guest misuse them. Unfortunate but still usable. One other was the shower, where it was dripping even when the faucet was off. An annoyance during sleep hours, but again the shower was still usable.

High value, clean property, responsive staff.
Pros:

Excellent views. Easy access to restaurants and shops. The wandering deer and turkeys were a bonus!

Cons:

The toilet in the master bath had to be repaired, which was done within 24 hours. As we had been upgraded to a suite with 2 bathrooms that was really a non issue. Finding standing dirty water in the washing machine was a disappointment. As we didn't discover it until fairly late in out stay, we decided to informed the property manager when we checked out.
