Juste déçue car la réservation faite pour le massage de mon chéri avec un masseur et non une masseuse n’a pas été respecté en plus du fait que le massage fut médiocre !

Very nice hotel with beautiful location across from the beach and outstanding service. At one point I called for extra towels and someone brought them within a minute of hanging up the phone.

This is a really great hotel. Beautifully kept, great people, very close to the beach and all the amazing dining options in Trouville. We prefer Trouville to Deauville, so this is our hotel choice for the area... this is down to personal opinion of course...

The hotel lobby and spa are beautiful but the rooms are cheaply designed and not worth the price at all. The beach and boardwalk are directly next to the hotel but are rundown and not elegant. It was not worth the trip from Paris.

This hotel was wonderful, beautiful area and beautuful hotel, all staff were warm and welcoming, we loved the swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna these were very relaxing

Demasiada pompa y poca eficiencia
Pros:

Llegamos al hotel hacer check in alrededor de las 21:20.
Decidimos dejar las maletas para que las subieran a la habitación y poder salir a cenar
Perdieron un sweater azul que dejé sobre la maleta y un cuello de viaje que estaba suelto sobre mi bolsa blanca
En el Spa las chanclas del hotel se resbalan, lo advierten y es mejor quitarlas
Pero el personal del gimnasio anda por el SPA con zapatos de calle y los huéspedes descalzos Desagradable
Cenamos en el restaurante
Los raviolis no saben a Crab La comida demasiado salada y nada fresca
