Pros:

Kamar nyaman ,AC dingin,air kencang ,staf ramah, berada di pusat kota jadi kemana mana dekat ke waterfront bisa jalan kaki

Cons:

Mungkin kebersihan nya boleh ditingkatkan lagi kemarin kami menemukan noda di sprei selain itu sudah oke

Pros:

I arrived early and they allowed me to check in! Staff were awesome and all ready to help. I’ve always been a fan of Kuching and it’s people and glad it has stayed the same all these years. Cheers!

nice hotel, value for money, the best is the room floor is without carpet
Pros:

location is good, right at the center of the new chinatown, the best is they don't use carpet in the room, it's just a wooden floor, which is excellent because it's easy to clean and hence the floor is very clean, we can sit on the floor, which is great. (note: carpet is usually very dirty, thus we prefer without carpet, and this hotel has no carpet, which makes it excellent, a wooden floor is clean and not cold also, not like tiles)
