Upon arrival all guests (Including Children) must present a valid original passport or Emirates I.D. card to be registered.

Please note that only registered guests may access the guest floors. Any visitor to your room must also be registered at the front desk and provide appropriate identification as per U.A.E. law.

The Hotel accepts all major credit cards. Any credit card used for either pre payment or charges on site must be in the name of the guest and the same card must be presented for verification upon check in. Under no circumstances will the hotel honor any past (prepayments, deposits etc.) or future payments without the presentation of the credit card and the cardholder's authorization. The hotel reserves the right to reject the booking due to non compliance of these requirements.

The hotel requires a guarantee for any charges that you may incur during your stay, including the mandatory AED 20 per bedroom per day Tourism Dirham Fee. A valid credit card in your name may be presented and we will pre authorize an amount to cover your charges. Should your billing surpass this amount during your stay we will require an additional authorized amount. Only upon check out will we actually debit and charge your credit card for the actual amount of your bill. After departure, any unused pre authorized amount will be released by the hotel.

Disappointing Stay That Falls Short of Pullman’s Five-Star Promise
Pros:

I stayed in a corner room, which was spacious and had a nice view.

Cons:

The room does not provide a sense of change or relaxation; rather, it feels like a room designed for a business traveler, lacking a comfortable and calming atmosphere. The lighting inside the wardrobe is very weak, making it dark and difficult to use. There is an unpleasant smell in the corridor leading to the rooms, similar to damp air. The pillows were extremely poor, to the extent that we could not sleep comfortably. We were surprised that the breakfast was served à la carte; it was very limited and of poor quality, to the point that we didn’t know what to eat—breakfast at a regular cafeteria could be better. The flooring in the shower area adjacent to the steam room and sauna appears old and unclean. Additionally, the pool area is very outdated and uncomfortable, lacking any sense of luxury or relaxation.
This level does not meet the standards of the Pullman brand, which I expected—given its five-star classification—to be more refined and luxurious. Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience and will not be repeated at any Pullman hotel.
