Pros:

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel et tout était très bien. L’emplacement est idéal, juste à côté de la grande mosquée de Mataram. La chambre était correcte et le rapport qualité-prix est vraiment très bon. Une bonne adresse pour un court séjour à Mataram !

Pros:

Fave hotel adalah salah satu hotel yang cukup banyak orang tau dan pengalaman tinggal di Fave hotel Langko Mataram adalah pengalaman pertama saya menginap di Fave hotel. Sarapan di hotel ini sangat basic dan tidak ada yang menarik.

Cons:

Kamar mandi tidak bersih dan terdapat serangga. Staff tidak memberikan informasi yang jelas mengenai fasilitas yang ada di hotel, mereka membiarkan pelanggan menemukan sendiri apa yang dibutuhkan. Saya tiba di hotel sekitar jam 11.30 malam, security hanya duduk dan sibuk memainkan hand phone, tidak menyapa dan tidak membantu membukakan pintu. Saya harap staff di hotel ini lebih bisa menerapkan lagi prinsip-prinsip hospitality dengan lebih baik di waktu yang akan datang.

I liked that it was cheap.

Cons:

I didn't realize they didn't have a pool or a bar. Even though it said they had a bar it was no alcohol. I got a pizza and it was overcooked and had huge chunks of onions on it. I got the meat lovers and there was barely any meat on it. Late at night and early in the morning there was kids running down the hallway screaming and adults laughing and talking loudly outside my room. The breakfast was not good at all. Everything tasted lukewarm and old.

Very good Hotel in the center of Mataram City.
Pros:

Room cleanliness is good, room amenities all oke, bathroom amenities is oke, Hot water is excellent, water pressure very good, AC works perfectly, Good view of mountain and city from the room, TV channel need to add more movies channel or change to Smart TV so guest can watch netflix or other movie application. Breakfast buffet is good, to be honest is not the best in term of flavor or taste but still a very good breakfast buffet compare to the room rates.

Cons:

There's a Cafe on the backside of Hotel that have live music.. You can hear it in the rooms, and my room is on the 5th floor.. But if you can beat them, might to join them. So I went to the Cafe, turns out its a good Cafe and good live music..
