Würde es nicht nochmal buchen, weil es echt respektlos ist wie die mit Kunden umgehen

Cons:

Wasserdruck zu wenig. Die zuständige Dame war sehr unhöflich und hat die Zusatz Kosten, die nicht berechtigt entstanden sind, nicht erklären und beweisen wollen. Stunden lang mussten wir vor der Tür warten, weil die unsern Zimmer offline gelegt hatten.

Die Größe des Zimmers hat uns gut gefallen und der Blick aufs Rathaus.

Cons:

Das Personal hatte keine Chance… den Morgen als wir ausgecheckt haben, war gefühlt ein junges Mädchen für die Rezeption, die Küche und den Frühstücksraum zuständig.
