First and second time at Royal SK

The pool and layout of the properly.

Cons:

Most of the Front Desk Staff was not very welcoming or took the initiative to greet you as you passed by. My group's first meal at splash was met with unpleasantries and they got something as simple as sándwiches all wrong. The room was poorly cleaned, the sofá had a poor smell. The Dining table was in a bad condition and one of the stools was falling apart. The sliding doors was dirty throughout my stay. There was a smell of sewerage everytime I exited my room.

Highly recommend
Pros:

Wonderful experience! Stayed in a 2nd floor Studio suite which was spotlessly clean. Enjoyed the pool, and Splash restaurant/ bar. Front desk staff were always helpful. Highly recommended resort in a great location. Easy walk to many restaurants.

pool was great, facilities were great, liked the recreational facilities for guests. Supermarket and stores on site. Our room was next to laundry room which was great for us.
