I’ve stayed here over a dozen times. It’s always wonderful.
Pros:

Great rooms great staff nice night Lifr. There’s nothing not to like about this place beds are incredibly comfortable.

Enjoyable and relaxing
Pros:

Location is excellent, not on the beach but Frigate Bay beach which is lovely is a short walk or taxi ride away, the Marriott beach is not a nice beach, water is rough and there is seaweed. There are lots of restaurants a short walk away if one does not want to eat in the hotel, the hotel rooms are self contained and have new appliances which allows you to purchase groceries to prepare if you want to. The Supervisor, Blondell Jeffrey is excellent and addresses any concerns swiftly, the Reception Staff were good. The fresh water pool is lovely and was never overcrowded. If choosing a Studio Room I would highly recommend those that are in the pool vicinity rather than those that are close to the road.

Cons:

While the food was good, The Splash Bar & Restaurant Staff were not as friendly as the other resort staff.

Nice sized rooms with great kitchen. Coffee provided.

Bed & sheets uncomfortable. Loud music for hours on Friday night. No beach

Location is excellent. Customer experience is top class. Big shout out to the staff in charged at the reception Ms. Blondell Jeffrey. She made the extra mile in arranging for my customized taxi ride from the hotel to Brimstone National Park then to the airport

Pros:

The room was nice inclusive of amenities. There was not enough bath towels for the number of guests that were included in the booking

Cons:

The water was disconnected during the stay and no effort was made to notify guests or compensate for the inconvenience. I had to purchase bottled water from a nearby supermarket to take a shower

Great hotel in St Kitts!
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and friendly. They really made the experience great.

Cons:

The breakfast buffet needs to be seriously improved. The food from the menu is much better.
