The property was well maintained and the staff was pleasant. This property also has an excellent gym facility that beats out many standard hotel fitness rooms.
The pricing for this stay aligned with other hotels that offered daily housekeeping and breakfast, despite being an aparthotel without these features. I was there for a birthday and they had no special offerings (i.e glass of wine, chocolates,/ candies, flowers in the room (which they could cut from their many gardens)). At check-in I had to ask a lot of questions about the property, when I got the room I saw a QR code leading to all the info. I wish that QR code was offered/ shown at reception. They could easily take their stays to the next level witha more personalized/ thoughtful approach to the customer experience.

The room was in a beautiful location on the lake with a pretty view and was peaceful apart from the music from the pool and bar area.
Generally the staff were lovely and very helpful although often the messages given to the front desk weren't communicated to housekeeping.
There is a nearby supermarket opposite the hotel, which is convenient.
The gardens are well-maintained. I recommend that they give the same care and attention to the rooms and building maintenance as they do to the gardens maintenance.
The nearby beach was full of seaweed so not suitable for walking or swimming.
The room was in need of a thorough deep clean. It appeared that only a surface clean had been carried out. A single wipe of the floor clearly indicated that it had not been properly cleaned or mopped for some time. I arranged for housekeeping to bring a mop so I could clean the floor.
The outside room doors and walls throughout the room were marked with dirt and would benefit from repainting. The paint on the balcony was blistering and peeling, giving the area a neglected appearance.
The brown carpet was heavily thick with dust and required a deep clean.
Overall, the poor level of cleanliness and maintenance created a gloomy and uncomfortable atmosphere, making the room feel rather depressing.
The hotel is very overpriced for what they deliver and does not provide international standards.
The staff is awsome. I would definitely recommend.

Nothing
First of all, let me say that Blondell was the best. I spoke with her on the phone last Christmas but never got to meet her until this year May. She is very helpful and she treats everyone with equal respect.
The place was nice as usual. Sleep everyone very well. Very comfortable. The AC worked well with was a major plus. The bathroom was small though and the water kept splashing everywhere outside the bathroom.
We did not eat at the hotel but that is only because the of the perfect location. We like to try new places and food. We tried Rock Lobster for the first time (Overpriced) and we did breakfast at Rituals with is always nice.
The bathroom was too small and needed some kind of barrier for the water. We had the change the bathmats very often to prevent going from the nice hot shower to the cold wet bathmat. The pool water was freezing but it was still a nice swim.
I like that the room were clean fresh and modern

The location was great. The room had a fully loaded kitchen, even though I did not use much it was a plus for me. Everything was clean. The bed was comfortable. Felt safe and secured. Security walked the grounds.
Simple toiletries that you usually find in hotel in case you forgot your own. We’re not there.

Check-in was smooth and the gym and bar area were both decent. Service was generally good but a bit slow at times.
Rooms are spacious and comfortable, but several things need fixing. The bathroom tiles look dirty and discoloured, likely from mold. We also had a toilet that wouldn't flush for two days, and it was noisy after it got repaired. The in-room cooker is old and sits unevenly, making it hard to cook with properly.
Also, only one of the two bedrooms had a working blind — the other had none at all, so we had to stack boxes against the window to block the stairwell light at night.
Towel supply was also an issue — we were 4 people but only given 2 towels, and had to request extras. Housekeeping/cleaning was only every other day as well.
Good bones here — spacious rooms and nice amenities — but the property needs some upkeep and better daily service to match. Hoping these get sorted soon.
