Wonderful Stay
Pros:

I visited the island of St. Kitts with a group of friends recently. We stayed at the Royal St Kitts Hotel, Frigate Bay and I must say my vacation was amazing.

Rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Kitchenette equipped with your basic amenities. Outside surroundings clean and well kept.

The staff over at the Splash very pleasant and friendly. Great breakfast every morning. Big shout out to Gabby and the other Servers.

The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. I must mention Ms Blondell Jeffery who assisted some of us in printing our AD forms, when we were having problems.

I, will definitely recommend the Royal St. Kitts Hotel to my friends or anyone who needs a comfortable place to stay in St. Kitts.

A hotel in the best location
Pros:

Ideal hotel surrounded by restaurats and the beach is not too far. You either can walk or use transportstion. Two swimming pools on property which we used both. There is secuirty around the clock so I felt extra safe at nights. The room we stayed in was an upgrade to what my partner booked, what a surprise. The room was clean and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay there becsuse the staff we encountered made us feel like family, always engaging us in a brief conversations. Thank you to Ms. Jeffrey at reception who arranged all of our transportation needs. You are the best. We are already planning our next visit for December and would be staying at the Royal St. Kitts Hotel. See you guys soon.

My stay was amazing 10/10 definitely will be back !
Pros:

I loved the pool that it’s not to deep , neither sallow I only stayed one night I didn’t get chance to explore the rest of property but I’ll be back .

Cons:

I felt as if we were given a room that was cleaned days ago , due to leaning lamp we meet in the room and dust on the
Back porch . But nevertheless I enjoyed my stay !

Great Place to Stay
Pros:

This hotel is perfect and 5 star the rooms are specious with a Full kitchen we ate at this hotel 4 times and the good was amazing fresh cooked with beautiful views sat by the lake in the evening Situated in Frigate Bay close to loads of bars and restaurants there is even a Hard Rock Cafe Opposite the supermarket opposite it large and sells everything you will need I have no negative comments about this place great stay and lovely quiet holiday

Beautiful, large rooms which were very clean. Pleasant staff.
Pros:

The suite was huge. Largest I have stayed in. Very, very clean and well maintained. bed was extremely comfortable. the grounds of the property were immaculate!

Cons:

Staff were pleasant but obviously a bit drained after the peak season and service was okay but not great. For example we returned from the beach and were ready to head up to the room for a shower and there had been a water issue. Despite chatting at the reception desk ( in a very quiet hotel) no one mentioned that there was no water for showers. We were also drinking the tap water and on realizing there was now none available in the rooms, we then asked for a couple more small bottles which were complimentary when we first arrived. We were told only the first 2 are complimentary and we would have to buy additional bottles. Fair enough, we were happy to drink the tap water normally but there was none available! Overall it was all just a small inconvenience, but a more professional response and better training would have eased the situation.

My stay here was excellent. I enjoyed the convenience of restaurants and supermarket near. Also, you don’t need a rental
Pros:

The property grounds were clean and well maintained. The gym is small but yet functional. Everything you need is there. Plus the room is cozy, clean and comfortable. It felt like home away from home.

Cons:

The pools could get a little upgrading. Other than that everything else was fine.

Pros:

The hotel was very relaxing, quiet and we loved the spacious rooms, the staffs was very friendly and helpful. And the ambiance was a plus. A hotel that we would visit again. 👌😍

Pros:

The hotels resturant very good, like most good restaurants, not a huge evening menu.
The time of year that we stayed was how we liked it,
Quiet no hustle and bustle. View from the balcony over the lake excellent. A very chilled 10 days.

Cons:

People downstairs constantly puffing the ganga.
Down mind a bit of bob hope, but their heads must be some where completely else.
