Pros:

Staff were friendly & helpful. We really enjoyed the "Splash" bar.

Cons:

The room air conditioner above our bed malfunctioned. Ice & dirty water fell onto my wife who was laying in bed. We contacted the front desk & had to pack up & move to another room. The replacement room looked older (no USB ports & fewer power outlets) and faced the parking lot.

Lovely spacious room which was regularly serviced by very friendly staff. In a great location serving great food

Cons:

Air conditioning was a bit noisy. We didn’t have the best view but we didn’t pay for a view so would probably pay for a better view next time

Location, helpful staff, spacious rooms
Pros:

The staff were lovely and helpful. Shout outs to CJ, Blondell, David and Andrew. Every need/request accommodated. I thought I had booked a room with a view but didn't and we were moved to a lovely 2nd floor room with a view of the garden and the pool in the near distance. Our room safe was locked on arrival and David arrived to unlock it (alas, nothing of value inside :)). The secondary pool was lovely and quiet. Location can't be beat. Rooms are very well equipped.

Cons:

I got a few mosquito bites while sitting in the shade of the main pool but such is life, I guess.

The Royal St. Kitts is royal
Pros:

I didn't expect a full kitchen, separate bathroom and loving room with my room. It was very spacious, comfortable, clean and well appointed. The compound has a grocery, pharmacy and a number of restaurants in addition to Splash. Splash on Friday night was entertaining with the live band. The hotel is a 10 minute walk away from the beach, so well located. Maybe next time I will use the gym.

I had a garluc shrimp starter whi h I thought was far too small for what it was,if added ,$2 I could of had a main meal.

Pros:

One pool was nice, another pool close the our room was full of screaming kids. Thanks god there were 2 pools! Drinks by the pool were nice. They would provide towels if you wish to take it outside to a beach.

Cons:

Bed was too soft, room was not that clean as i would expect. 9:00 in the morning maintenance team started drilling works in our balcony while we were trying to sleep. That was unacceptable. After i expressed how upset i was, my wish to sleep and have uninterrupted stay they collected their tools but at the beginning they seemed confused why i was not happy.

Comfortable, reasonable value for money with average bar & restaurant
Pros:

Large, spacious and with kitchen facilities.

Cons:

A long way from reception and pool & Restaurant. Looks a bit tired compared to other parts of the hotel.
The bar & restaurant focussed on outside, which is odd as there are very good ares internally unused.
