Great location, clean, tidy, needs aircon in bedrooms

Loved the location, friendly staff, property is clean

Cons:

We had a two bedroom apartment and the only air conditioner is in the main area with tv and kitchen. The main bedroom had a fan and on request the lovely staff did provide us with a pedestal fan for the second bedroom. The bedrooms were very warm considering it was middle of summer in January. For the price & climate, the property really needs air-conditioning in bedrooms.

Good sized apartment in great location plus free parking space
Pros:

Excellent location. Great restaurants and cafes downstairs at portside. Good sized apartment for the family and walking distance to blueys world and eat street. One free car space which was great, many other properties charge for parking

Cons:

Dubious stains on carpets in both bedrooms. Carpets need cleaning. Everything else was perfect.

Cons:

Exiting the carpark. Have to drive across entering traffic to use fob to open the exit door. In addition having to use fob to exit and return the key etc and then try and find a parking spot to place key in drop box at another building. Had to park illegally in disabled parking spot as there were no other parking spots avail. Will not be returning to this accommodation because of this. Why does the exit gate not open automatically when car approaches???
