The location.

Just need a place to stay so we booked this place. The towels are old and dirty white color, like it was used to clean the floor and torn as well. I have to ask for another towels but still dirty white color and old look. They need new set of towels and linens for the property. We bought new towels as we can’t use the one they provided. Also the room has no window and felt like a prison. How do you get out in case of fire? The staff are courteous and helpful.

This is like prison.

It is just a convenient short stay hotel with no windows where you take a girl for a while or rest a while

Very accessible to malls and restaurants.

浴槽が 非常に汚い。又 お湯が 出にくい

毎回チェックイン時になぜか予約の確認に時間がかかってしまう。
シャワーのお湯がなかなか温まらない。
バスタブにお湯が溜められない。
以上を除けば、周りに複数のモールや多くのレストランがあり便利です。

Das Zimmer war sehr gut, doch mangelt es an Sauberkeit und der Reparaturen an Einrichtung und Geräten, ansonsten bin ich mit dem Essen und dem Service sehr zufrieden

久しぶりに交際相手に会うため、また、次回会うまでにかなり期間が空きそうだったのでバスタブ付きの私にとってはちょっと高額のいい部屋を予約しました。交際相手の家にはバスタブがないので、ゆっくりバスタブにつかってもらおうと思ったのですが、栓が壊れていて湯が溜められませんでした。シャワーも壊れていて便器のほうに湯が飛ぶ、それも冷たいままでなかなか温かい湯にならない、と風呂に関してはダメでした。周辺は大きなモールなどあり、食事・買い物に困ることはありません。交際相手の家へはタクシーで１００ペソ程度、空港へは渋滞がなければ３０分程度のところなので、私にとっては立地もいいのですが、何しろ風呂が残念でした。wifiは無料ですが通信速度は遅かったです。オーナーは日本人なのでしょうか。安くて助かるのですが、ちゃんとしていてほしかった。

フロントの女性が嫌そうに仕事をしていて、カギを預ける、カギを受け取る際に気が重かった。
ベッドメイキングのかたはよくやってくれた。
換気扇の音がうるさかった。
全体的に清潔だと嬉しい。

it took 30 minutes to wait for hotel staff to confirm my booking through expedia even though i paid at least a month before. had to wait in the lobby at 1am for 30 minutes plus just to get confirmation to get a room. nice hotel, bad service. August 2017

For short notice An this was our first marriage the staff was excellent friendly we will be back

The title says it all, very claustrophobic small rooms, even when you upgrade. A hotel with a flashing red light outside confirms that a 1 to 6 hour stay is what it is mostly used for. Told not to stray to far away from hotel alone as a westerner not safe, you need an escort at night. The major concern for me was the lack of Any windows in Any of the Hotel rooms.
I would discourage anyone from staying there, even for 1 night. The staff where quite informative and pleasing.
