Nice place to stay

Our room was swichedfrom two bdrm two bathroom to one bathrm. The two single beds innone room was so squished we had no place to leave our suitcases no closet no space they went into living room, Glad we had one. There were bugs and mosquitos everywhere yet the windows didnt open. We stayed one noght and left instead of stayong the 5 nights. Dont recommened this place until its debugged and they are truthful about reservations.

Staff were very helpful. The air conditioner in our room stopped working and they fixed it right away.

I really like the front desk, they were so helpful and professional. I wish I could give this hotel all 5 stars, but bumper to the room condition. It is very old and moldy, it smells so bad in the room and bathroom has lots of mold. I understand Korea is very humid, but please upgrade your room, perharps have air purifier / install better ventilation in the bathroom.
I really enjoyed the location (safe, quite, convenience...etc)

The front desks were very helpful and speak very good English, that makes easy to communicate. However, the room is old and moldy, very bad smell.

I'm really happy with our stay here. The room is clean and well equipped for people who want to stay for long. Aside from the basics, it has a full kitchen with glass stove, pot and pans, tableware for two and dishsoap, kettle, microwave, full size fridge and freezer, dining table with four chairs, air purifier. It has washer and drying rack. The place is quiet and secure. It's almost next door to Namsangol Nanok Village and short bus ride to N Seoul Tower. The staffs are friendly and helpful. They even came help with tv menu past mid-night. The daily cleaning service is great. The hotel's large backdoor three levels below the front door is an easy access to the main street and public transit. It's saves us from having to hike up the mountain. I only wish that the card access for this door is all day instead of only after 23:30.

Loved the location of this place. Myengdong Station exit 9 was about 7 mins away making tour meeting point very easy to access and you can immerse

The staff was very helpful and professional. Will definitely return to this property in the future and will also recommend to family and friends.

Can cook noodles in the share kitchen and have a big fridge in the room. Room is spacious, can open two large luggages at the same time.

If traveling with big parties, this is a great place to stay!

Close to convenience stores and less than 10 minutes from myeongdong street

A cosy place like my home.
Everyone who works is kind and transportation are the best. It's a place I want to go again.

This hotel was walking distance to train station, airport limo stop, myeong dong area. Cleaning staff were very nice, didn't really have much to do with front staff as we took the exit on level 1 past the restaurant which avoided the front hill.
Room was well sized and had a full size fridge and washing machine which was useful since I stayed a week.
As the room didn't have aircon, we had the fan running whenever in the room. Communal kitchen was good with water filter and bins to separate the rubbish as opposed to having it in the room.

Great value for money! Hotel needs a little renovation. Water flowing out of the bathing area even with shower curtain and also shower door. Stayed in their 2 bedroom suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Suited for families. Room not cramped. And going to Myeongsong area is easy, go the the 1st floor for easier access. Not really an uphill climb as others described it if you passed the correct path. I was just disappointed that they have aircon but they did not provide the remote control. I asked in my email before my stay if they have air-conditioned unit in the room, and they said yes, my mistake for not asking if I can use it. Well to compensate, they provided an electric fan instead which we used during our stay as it was getting hot. Would still recommend this hotel if you want a cheaper one but still near the shopping area. 10 minute walk to Myeongdong depending on the timing of the traffic light!

The room was amazing - very spacious. Best room we've had in Korea.

The bathroom was small and cramped and a little dated - could be improved.

The sound proofing was poor - we could hear the people next to us, in the corridor and above us. We could also hear everyone the street (we were one level above the lobby). There were noisy people on the street past midnight. The poor sound proofing made it hard to sleep.

Excellent location

Near chungmuro and myeongdong station. Walkable to lots of local restaurants. Staff spoke English. Room was clean, no problems.

They were very accommodating and provided a transformer so I could charge my items.
