Overall, a very disappointing hotel and stay!

There were too many complaints and things that went wrong to list!……. This hotel is well past its sell-by-date and cannot even be described as a budget hotel - You are better booking into a Hostel!!

Very dated and poorly maintained! Useless breakfast! Unhelpful staff!
Even an email to management was ignored and left un-dealt with.

Look at some of the other reviews, there are serious concerns over maintenance, safety and general datedness - Not to mention complaints that go unheard or dealt with!

It’s kind of decent, but the cleanliness is not that great, there are small roaches roaming around the room, most likely because it’s an old building?

Carpet should be replaced. Tv should work.Thats all.

I know the reviews are all over the place for this place, but it fulfilled my needs 100%! I booked the most basic room as a solo traveller to conduct business at the nearby (10 min walk) Philippine Retirement Authority.
Pros:
-The price was extremely competitive for this area in Makati.
- My included breakfast was at the upscale adjacent restaurant.
- Very friendly staff and security. I saw now evidence of the "shenanigans" other reviewers noted. But in Manila, as in any big city, pay close attention to your valuables!
- Most important was very close to the PRA, but also 7-11 and numerous food options within 5 minute walk.
Note: my review is limited to the standard basic room, I can't comment on the suites.
Cons:
- Wifi & Cable TV spotty.
- No toiletries provided, other than dispensers in shower
Tips:
-Bring some disposable paper cups and toothpaste, not supplied. (Or just buy at 7-11 conveniently located across the street :)

The suites are spacious and the staff are accommodating and friendly. Will definitely stay again

This place is an average stay. Rooms are nice and spacious, but there definitely are some updates needed. Showers are old and falling apart. Toilets struggle to flush. Shower head is spraying every which way but straight. Not a bad place, but just needs updates, thats all.

Our stay was amazing and comfortable. Although, the place needs some renovation to some areas.

I definitely recommend this place to people who loves to go out at night to chill at a coffee shop; According to the location, it's very accessible! Kudos to the staff who helped me with my other stuff to bring inside our room.

I really liked the location of this property as it was close to where I needed to be. It also has a restaurant which was a plus.
However the hotel rooms could use a bit of cleaning. My first room gave me a nasty headache as it smelled musty. My second room the shower room needed to be scrubbed it was gross. And the whole room smelled like Clorox. But I loved the front desk clerks they were very very accommodating and tried to meet my needs at the hotel.

Be careful! I would never recommend staying here. The staff and security guard collude with thieves to steal valuables from guests. There are many better and safer options of similar price range in Salcedo and BGC area. And the worst thing of all is that the place is run down

First of all, when you arrive, you’ll see that the place doesn’t look shunting like the pictures. The lobby is run down and this is where the nightmare began for me. I was tired after my trip. There’s ROBBERY RUSE ongoing between the hotel staff and two assailants. The ruse does like this.

When the guest check in is being done, two non-guests will appear out of no where and begin talking to the receptionist and interrupting the checking. The assailants will appear on either side of the guest while the receptionist is in front. During the distraction, please know that your purse, wallet or any other valuables in sight will be snatched.

I found this strange that she was neither responding to them nor letting them know she’ll get to them soon. But in hindsight this is because it’s coordinated.

When my iPhone was noticeably missing before going to my room, the staff said “those people were here to a rate inquiry.” This is nonsense that the security would let in random people who simply want to inquire about rates. Therefore when I asked to see the security footage they refused.

They pretended to be helping me find it but “find my iPhone” was showing the location of my phone to be in the lobby. There’s a chance it was stashed at the front desk until the same check in staff left on duty.

Anything thing is, when I got to the very run down room, the door handle also came off when I tried to reopen the door. They tried to convince me to stay in there without fixing the door and I found it suspicious.

Another suspect action as that the receptionist seemed eager to help me to leave the property when I was upset about what had happened to me. She used her iPhone on Google maps and said “what is your destination?”

Perhaps you already know your belongings are at risk in Manila but DONT STAY here. It’s as if they’re waiting and coordinating to rob you!

We booked a 3 bedroom suite for a family weekend stay. It was very spacious, but unfortunately everything feels extremely old and in dire need of repair or upgrading. In particular, the bathrooms were not very pleasant - old and with stale odours, and could have been cleaned better.

A pretty poor stay. The room was dreadful. An AC that blew directly into the bed and could not be controlled, a constant green flashing light that lit up the room every half second, an uncomfortable will very limited bedding. WiFi required constant reconnection. Not good if you are there in business. Booked for 6 nights but checked out after the first night. Staff didn’t care.

Never booked this hotel. I booked through Agoda for the price of $61 a night for 12 days. Everything was good and confirmed after that, 15 minutes later, they cancelled my booking because the hotel said it was cheap and they can't accept it. It was a false hope. I was looking forward to stay at Infinity Tower Suites but because of being greedy, I have to wait for 30 days to get my money back. I am too disappointed with this Hotel. The Agoda gave me that price as I am a Platinum VIP member but the hotel can't accept it. Too greedy.
