Estaba bien ubicado .., andando al centro de Portonovo son 5 minutos y a la playa de Canelas también son 5 minutos

A receptividade, disposição da funcionária em nos direcionar sobre atividades e atrações da cidade. Quarto limpo e uma vista bonita para a praia.

Indudablemente el personal. Súper atento y servicial, especialmente el de recepción del hotel. Nos ayudó con interés y una sonrisa en todo lo que necesitamos y con algún contratiempo que sufrimos. También la limpieza del hotel y la localización
Quizá la carencia de sala de gimnasio, pero tampoco viene mal dejar al cuerpo descansar unos días.
La limpieza,la amabilidad del personal,el desayuno fantástico,la ubicación…todo!

La atención del personal del hotel
Cambié de hotel el siguiente día de mi llegada porque no cumplía con las expectativas ni con las fotografías publicadas. La atención de la directora fue excelente, gestionó mi petición de anular mi estancia de manera muy profesional.
El nivel del hotel no es de 4 estrellas. A lo sumo es de dos. Para acceder a la piscina exterior tienes que cruzar la carretera. Apenas hay espacio exterior, la piscina tiene un cobertizo. Las instalaciones son muy básicas. La habitación es bastante pequeña. El baño es muy sencillo y no tienes apenas espacio para guardar cosas. El desayuno es muy limitado de variedad. Es ruidoso. No tienes espacios exteriores para descansar o tomarte algo.
