Lovely, central, good value!
Pros:

Really central, spacious and clean! Sabine was super lovely and helpful!

Cons:

This room specifically doesn’t have access to the main road between 17h00 and 08h00, which means it’s a bit of a walk around to get to it but it’s lovely and quiet, so just be aware.

Tolles Bad, sehr sauber. Bett war auch gemütlich. Check-In einwandfrei.

Cons:

Nicht so komfortabel, da kleines Appartement über 3 Stockwerke ging. Großer Deckenventilator hat nicht funktioniert und Fenster gehen nicht auf zum lüften, Wasserschaden an der Decke überm Bett.

Pros:

this place has so much great potential! the location, the facilities, the space, the convenience for a couple or family of 3. I must really give a shout out to the team behind the whatsapp that was very kind and responsive right away! but....

Cons:

our apartment had no AC and we were advertised as it were so very disappointed. wifi was ok. so Ideally the owner makes some big fixes there and give that place all the potential it deserves! attention to small details but mostly replace or totally remove the big old AC. also note that we were there during a mild heat wave. enough to make it a tough night

Pros:

Posizione molto bella in centro ad Haarlem. Stazione a 10 minuti a piedi, parcheggio disponibile anche gratuito in strada a 15 minuti a piedi.
Molto presente il supporto dello staff, c'è stato un problema tecnico e ci sono state subito risposte gentili e veloci da parte loro

Couldn’t sleep because of the bar and thin walls. Cigarette smoke was coming trough the vents.

Cons:

The walls of the building are way too thin to absorb even parts of the noise from outside. Also the ventilation is a problem because it’s not possible to turn it of (even googled it). The windows can’t be opened either. You could hear everything and due to the ventilation you were forced to smell the extreme cigarette smoke from outside, coming in through the vents.
To make matters worse, the mattress was very uncomfortable and should be changed! Due to that we rarely could sleep on 3 of 4 nights, also because of the bar outside. Also, in my opinion the pictures on the internet don’t match reality very well.
Now, far less severely but no less worth mentioning is that it’s quite unprofessional to store all kinds of stuff for cleaning and housekeeping in the hallway. These are some of the reasons why I can’t recommend this accommodation, I’m sorry.

Great stay, spacious, good value for money.
Pros:

Very central location in Haarleem. The room is clean and well-equipped. Good security. Everything was just a 15 mins walk maximum. Friendly staff who let us parked the luggage at the hotel early.

Cons:

It's not the hotel's problems. Just that being in the central of Haarlem and next to a few bars, at weekends, people get excited and socialize until 3 am on the street. It could be a bit overwhelming for a quiet sleeper.

Geen frisse lucht toevoer! De beluchting funktioneerd niet! De ‚beluchting’ bestaat uit 2 kleine gaatjes in de binnenmuur waar geen lucht uitkomt! Vieze, hele slechte lucht. De kamer was broeiend heet! Het raam kan niet open.
De bedden hadden bobbels waardoorr we scheef liggen moesten.Slapen was door dat alles bijna onmogelijk.!
Gaan we nooit meer naar toe.
