Pros:

The matrasses in the rooms were comfortable. Good thing was we booked a family room and received two rooms next to each other, more spacious and convenient for us.
Not good was the hairdryer that was quite loose from the wall, cables openly out. It was so not clean at all, towels dirty, blanket was stained. We had two reservations seperately booked through Expedia and they couldnt find the booking by themselves, wanted to charge us on Check Out again.

Pros:

this was a nice location, close to the river and the walk along it, with good views. There was a lot of construction nearby, so it might be changing. The staff was very kind and accommodating with some changes in our travel plans.

Pros:

Bra valuta för pengarna, men hotellet ligger på fel sida stan. Vill man uppleva det trevliga med Da Nang så bokar man ett hotell vid Da Nang Beach.
Personalen är bra och hjälpsamma, frukosten helt ok.

This is a family run hotel with lovely staff. The swimming pool is a bonus and well looked after.

Excellent staff -very friendly and welcoming and keen to help whenever possible. Comfortable rooms, usually quiet. Very good breakfasts. Excellent value for money. The only negatives were that several of the English language TV channels didn't work and the location was on a quiet street that rarely got taxis. Although the hotel rents nice scooters, which meant the location was no issue. I'd certainly stay there again.

Pros:

This was the second time I stayed at Night Sky and I received a warm welcome from the staff. The Manager, Nga and other staff all said they remember me. It felt like I was coming 'home'.
The service remains excellent, the breakfast is very good and overall I had a truly excellent experience. Thanks Night Sky Hotel staff.

There are better options.
Pros:

Dirty mirrors, tv screen and stains on linen. Tv wasn't working. There was a kettle but no complimentary coffee, or even cups...go figure. Asked for cups to be left at reception for later, but it wasn't done. Located far from everything, right in front of a junk yard. Left the next day.

If you speak Vietnamese, THIS IS THE RIGHT PLACE FOR YOU TO STAY. Super friendly staff, super accommodating.. we bought seafood from the market and the staff cooked it for us. Everyone greets us pleasantly. The facility might not be at the best, but All the staff are the best. Each morning, we have made-to-order Vietnamese style breakfast. We could even enjoyed the durian fruit at the cafe downstairs. No other hotel will allow this! I also fall in love the cute and practical swimming pool. Just love this place. Not able to give 5 stars mainly because of not-so-new facility, let's not be love blind :-) US $21.00 a night, who could ask for more?

잘 쉬었다 갑니다.... 새벽 12시 공항까지 택시 불러다주시고 감사드려요....
Pros:

위치가 다소 다운이랑 떨어져 있음...
가까운곳에 시내 버스정류장이 있어 여유로롭고 도전적인 여행객이라면 시내 오가는 것도 그닥 불편하지 않음...
전 걸어서 왕복으로 다녔지만... 강가를 통해 천천히 걷는다면 30분 정도면 시내에 도착함...
직원 친절도 개인적으론 10점. 세탁물서비스. 바이크 렌틸등 10점. 조식이 좀 안타까운 7점... 수영장 등 9점...
뭐 개인적인 의견입니다...
다시 간다고 해도 찾을듯... 단 커플간의 로멘틱한 장소로는 부족함.....
