I booked a two-bedroom suite, but the room configuration was not clearly explained during the booking process. Both rooms had king beds, while normally a two-bedroom suite has one king bed and the other with two single beds. When I requested a change, I was asked to pay an additional amount higher than the suite price shown on the Booking app.
