Everything was excellent. The staff were extremely kind, professional, and paid great attention to my special requests, which made the stay truly comfortable and perfect. Special thanks to Khacho and Vano for their outstanding hospitality, kindness, and professionalism — they really went above and beyond to make my stay smooth and memorable.
The location is outstanding, right on one of the best and most famous streets in Tbilisi, close to major attractions, cafes, and restaurants. The views are stunning and add a special charm to the experience. The room was very clean, well-organized, and peaceful. Overall, it was an ideal and wonderful stay.

Взаимодействие с персоналом до, во время и после приятное, адекватное, говорят и понимают русский язык. Номер чистый, все так как на фото, в номере все что нужно для комфорта было. Теплый свет в лампах для уюта, отдельная благодарность. На юге не часто его ставят в освещение, к сожалению. Завтрак базовый, все что нужно утром было - яйца жаренные, вареные, сыры, овощи, сосиськи, нарезка колбасы, один салат, для каши ингредиенты, кофемашина, молоко, чай, печеньки, мед.

Матрас, подушки - мягкие комфортные. Номер отличного размера - думала, что он будет меньше.

Лифта нет, надо понимать, что на мансарду или 3-й этаж нужно будет поднимать по узкой лестнице свои чемоданы. Мы были на легке - для нас это не было проблемой.

Отличное расположение отеля. Во все 4 стороны можно пойти: по Руставели (метро там же 2 мин) к Старому городу или в район Ваке, на другую сторону реки Куры, либо на хайкинговые тропы к Черепашьему озеру и Мтацминде. Плюс фуникулёр новый в 2-х минутах и другой в 10-ти минутах. Локация шикарная!

Машину спокойно оставили рядом с отелем. Места в конце января были. Бесплатно, что приятно.

Собаки были, как писали в отзывах ранее. Одну точно видели как она охраняла свой дом лаем. Но это не сильно мешало, это обычно для Грузии.

Были прекрасные выходные в Тбилиси. Благодарю!

Cons:

Две вешалки были опасны для одежды, предложили поменять, но так до нас никто и не дошел. Возможно заходили, просто мы ушли гулять на целый день.

И завтраки проходят на самом нижнем этаже (в подвале), там холодновато и откуда-то дует. Летом там будет шикарно - не жарко, а сейчас лучше брать куртки с собой.
