I have stayed at Best Western before, so I was not surprised everything was clean and in working order. This hotel is in a small town and I was thrilled at the amenities. The indoor pool on a chilly Washington day and hot breakfast, featuring a made to order omelette were greatly appreciated. The staff was gracious and helpful, they made the extra effort to ensure my stay was comfortable and I had everything I needed.
This is a great hotel! We were just traveling through on our way from Boise to Bellingham. The location was very convenient - there were lots of places to eat within easy walking distance. The premises were very clean - inside and out! Good free breakfast - many choices and they even have someone making omelets to order!

The air conditioner in the room was very loud and made it kind of hard to sleep.
That I had my privacy, space and it was super peaceful and pleasant!
Staff was very friendly. It was clean and inviting, our room was spacious. Options for regular coffee or the cappuccino machine in the lobby was a big plus for us! Pool was clean and very warm but the hot tub was cold!! I know front desk was working on it but we chose the hotel to stay at for the pool and hot tub and were not informed the hot tub was not in working order.

Booking.com did not enter my Best Western Rewards number and the Best Western staff could not do it after the reservation had been made.

The room needed more accessible outlets for charging devices. The built-in chargers on the bedside lamps were outdated with USB-A plug -ins.
