I have stayed at this Best Western before. The location is great for wine tasting in the Prosser area. The rooms are always clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was above average with the addition of an omelette station for made to order omelettes. There was some difficulty with the elevator initially but that was promptly fixed.
One tiny flaw: Our room was for 3 adults. It had 2 queen beds so potentially 4 people could have stayed in this room However, there were only 2 coffee cups which we had to share.

Have been staying at Horse Heaven for years. Always a good experience.
I have stayed at Best Western before, so I was not surprised everything was clean and in working order. This hotel is in a small town and I was thrilled at the amenities. The indoor pool on a chilly Washington day and hot breakfast, featuring a made to order omelette were greatly appreciated. The staff was gracious and helpful, they made the extra effort to ensure my stay was comfortable and I had everything I needed.
This is a great hotel! We were just traveling through on our way from Boise to Bellingham. The location was very convenient - there were lots of places to eat within easy walking distance. The premises were very clean - inside and out! Good free breakfast - many choices and they even have someone making omelets to order!
The check-in staff was very friendly!
