Categories

Cleanliness
6.2
Multiple reviews report cleanliness problems (roaches, dirty facilities, pool reported as 'super sucia', carpet issues) though some guests said rooms were very clean; overall mixed-to-negative cleanliness impressions.
Service
9
Numerous comments praise staff as friendly, helpful and informative (several mentions by name, quick check-in); one report of unfriendly management is an outlier, so service is overall strong.
Location
8.5
Multiple guests highlight convenient location (near casino, accessible, good for travel) and few/no complaints specifically about location.
Room Quality
7
Guests note big rooms and comfortable beds but also cite issues: noisy AC, AC cycling, damp floors, short/poor shower curtain, occasional lack of blankets and aging facility—mixed room quality.
Amenities
7
Amenities are useful (pool, washer/dryer, free breakfast, ice machine) but several reports of pool and ice machine being dirty or broken and limited TV channels reduce the score.
Value for Money
8.5
Multiple reviewers state the stay was good for the price and expected for a lower-budget property; overall perceived as good value despite some maintenance/cleanliness trade-offs.
Food and Beverage
6.5
Breakfast commonly criticized as limited or unimpressive (few hot/meat/cheese options, basic items only) though a few guests said breakfast was good; overall slightly below average.
Overall Experience
9.7
Many guests say they would stay again and describe pleasant experiences with staff and comfort; a few severe negative experiences exist but are less frequent, yielding a strong overall impression.

Zeer tevreden
Pros:

Wij vonden het geweldig om het zwembad te gebruiken na het ontbijt. Ook vonden we de bedden zeer goed. Lekker geslapen, geen overlast van verkeer. Hotel ligt goed bereikbaar. Kamer was ruim en netjes. Personeel zeer aardig. Kregen zwem handdoeken aangeboden. Wasmachine en droger aanwezig.

Cons:

Overall the location and condition of the facilities were very fine. Will stay again
Pros:

It was a pleasant experience. I would stay there again

Cons:

I wish there was rooms that accommodate my little dog. She is 8 lbs and one of the family. Hard to leave her anywhere.

Great stay for the price. My niece loved swimming in the pool.
Pros:

It was nice and check in was easy.

Cons:

Shower curtain was too short and the shower head needed to be tightened. Also the pool had some minor cleaning issues.
