Pros:

We will be back.
Pros:

We have stayed at the same Quality several times. I they have never let us down. The property is well maintained,the staff always helpful.
We will be staying there in the future.

It was a good price

Cons:

It was just a few small things. I have some heath issues so I requested some things at check in. They were not in my room and it took the gentlemen about 15 minutes to come to front desk and was kinds rude. I realize it was late but that is the job.
Also it was really hard to fill the hot tub because to reach the drain you had to be in the tub, for most that is OK but again with organ issues I couldn't do it so it was not worth it for me. It was an ok stay but future stays for my specialists will be with another place.

Good, not great. Staff was great.
Pros:

The maintenence guy fixed our TV and was very nice. The room was large. We felt safe. It was quiet. We had a hot tub in our room which I did not expect.

Cons:

I thought that the price was a bit much. The complimentary breakfast was not super. The location is average as well.

I continue to be disappointed with Quslity Inn in various parts of the country.
Pros:

Location worked this time. Plenty of competitors up and down the road.

Cons:

No WIFi the whole time I stayed there. Hotel manager blames the internet service provider Broadcom. But this is the third time this year that I’ve stayed at a Choice Hotel (at least twice it was Quality Inn) and the hotel blames the internet provider while service is out indefinitely for many hours. Terrible service.
The HVAC is borderline dysfunctional. Weak fan weak AC. Room temp takes many hours to reach comfortable level despite outdoor temps which are cooler than indoor! Inexcusable.

It use to be a nice place to stay but now I'm not sure we'll stay there ever again
Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Thee shower head couldn't be adjusted and the bathtub was really slippery when you got in it, The stool would keep running if you didn't stay to make sure it would shut off. The fan on the heater made a lot of noise when it ran.

Met expectations

Okay to stay
Pros:

I liked the room having a couch and the pool. The breakfast was good as well.

Cons:

The beds were painful to sleep on. There was no place to do laundry. The male receptionist seemed grumpy. He was not really friendly. The lighting in the room was horrible.
