Needing repairs!
Not much
No elevator. 2nd floor hallway was HOT. Climate control in our room was really ineffective. Prices for things like alarm clock and coffee maker are extortionary. Staff are all indian which made language somewhat an issue.
The room was clean. Front desk friendly and helpful. Enjoyed my night stay there.

Convenient. Breakfast was good.
There was a bug in the ice bucket after getting ice out of the machine. Our key cards got turned off too early and we couldn’t get back in our room until we went down and had them reset.

I’m a disabled veteran so as normal I was hurting when we stopped for the night. Ask if the had discount for veterans, and we had a small dog. She said had to check on room first and get my license and card first so I gave her my information. Took her a long time for her to figure out the computer. They didn’t have a king room so we excepted, a double queen. She said that room was 121 and continued to program our key only gave me one, not a big deal, right then. I asked her about the veterans discount. Or if the didn’t how about, AAA, ARP , or senior citizen. She said she would have to start over again. I said no, never mind, again I was hurting and it was so far, nearing 20 min. My adult son checked in, by now there was 3 other groups needing to check in. My son told me to go ahead and go to my room and get my feet up, he would catchup in a bit. We got a bag out for the night, and tried to get in door (F) , our key didn’t work in the outside door, after trying 3 or more time and my wife tried 3, my son came from the inside, (he went through the building) .
Our key worked in our room as soon as I opened the the door, was hit with a bad odor ( a mixture of mildew, wet dog and urine smell,) we left the door propped open, we had brought a fan and tried to air it out , then we got a call on the room phone saying we needed to come back to the office. Me and my son. My son at that time had gone to get something for supper. After he got back we went back up to the office and they had a paper that we need to read and sign a paper, very inconvenient for me and asked about they key not working on the out side door. Reprogrammed the key and asked for one for my wife, then they gave us 3 keys, got back to the room checked the keys ( all worked) the Oder had lessened , so closed the door. We started to settle in and I noticed a opened hand size stain on the sheet on one of the beds, I called the office and they asked me if it was just on one sheet, I said ((( I don’t know))) I wasn’t touching it . Then said they would take care of it, I told her thanks. After about 45 min. The called back ( by now it’s close to 9:45 pm ) , they said I could come to the office and get different bedding bring the old ones and make the bed, I told her that again I was a disabled veteran and I wouldn’t be doing that . Well they could send someone to bring the bedding, then I could make the bed.(( Unbelievable )).
They never showed up.
I’m very disappointed in this hotel!!!
But also for me, for not checking out the reviews, and just leave and find a better place to spend the night!
Convenient location
Our Tv channels were messed up. They said it was due to someone hooking up a gaming console. They told us we could have a different room then told us they had no other rooms and they couldn’t replace the TV because they had no other TV’s. Very disappointed in the service.

The lady was rude, rooms were dirty, bed covers stained, shower head was very dirty, king bed was very uncomfortable (you can feel the springs in the bed), there were couple of bugs in the bathroom.
Staff was very nice. Clean room and bedding. Baseboards could have been cleaned but overall very acceptable. Great breakfast.
Great place to stay. Clean rooms, friendly staff, nice breakfast, good pool.
Room was comfortable and quite. We might stay there again if travel takes us there.
