Great location. Pretty basic
Pros:

Paid for most expensive river view room on top floor. First room at end of corridor right by the main highway. Could NOT stay there. We were moved to a much quieter room near the restaurant. Views lovely. Great walk along the river into town

If you have standards, don’t believe the 9.0 rating
Pros:

Property has the potential to be fabulous. But it’s very tired and needs a revamp. Only positive was a pretty view and the restaurant was decent.

Cons:

Long list. Mattresses need to be replaced- they’re very hard and sink in the middle and pillows are too soft. My husband and I woke up multiple times a night. Bathrooms are tiny and the ceilings are too low in the shower. The bathtub was so narrow that I had to stand sideways to fit. You can hear the highway traffic and then you also have those awful in window AC/heating units making noise. Not a comfortable stay at all. Property is old and needs a serious refresh. You’re better off staying in a smaller room at the Lightwell.

The view is beautiful, nice sitting area out the slider door.

Cons:

Our room was right next to exit door and the door is very loud. Every time people went in or out it was a loud slam, and we could clearly hear the people talking. With the pool on the same end, there was a lot of people going in and out! Very loud.

Cons:

depuis le covid, j'ai appris que l'hôtel ne faisait plus les chambres tous les jours.
A la fin du séjour, on a appris qu'il aurait fallu leur demander de passer faire les chambres, sachant qu'on est resté 1 semaine.
Surtout qu'ils disent de ne pas jeter le papier toilette dans la cuvette mais dans un pot à côté... qui n'a pas été changé.
