Clean, comfortable, good breakfast
Check in clerk could have been a little more friendly. She checked us in, turned around & left while we were still standing there.
Only received about $20 of $100 incidental charge with no explanation knew it cost $20 for pet but did not have any other incidentals. Want my $60 back. Contacting BBB.
Breakfast was great and had many options. I liked the waffle maker and the many fruit syrup options. I liked the espresso machine that made my coffee fresh.
We knew the location was by the rail. The office offered ear plugs. Not ideal, but by no means a deal breaker. I only really heard the train once.
The bed was comfortable and staff nice. A little old but had done some remodeling. No elevator and hand rails to the stairs are on the west side so metal was really hot They had done what they could to help that by building an owning over it but still hot. Ice machine was down the stairs and across the parking lot. It had a small parking lot spaces barely big enough for my truck.
