Disappointed what’s happened here.
Pros:

I’ve been coming to this hotel since 1995. Great location but it’s gone downhill. Hundred degrees yesterday went to pool and was so cold no one was going in. My room has stains all over floor. The back patios on ground floor just as dirty. They only clean rooms every three days now and stopped allowing small dogs which sucks. The breakfast always had fresh fruit assortments. Now just water melon. New owner parks his Bentley out front but can’t afford to pay staff to clean every day. Grass on ground floor overlooking lake hasn’t been mowed in some time. Other people at pool experienced same things.

Nice hotel
Pros:

Nice room, meets expectations for Best Western Plus hotels, not as big as some of the newer hotels but adequate. The hotel is closer to the freeway than I realized so traffic noise is noticeable. A room closer to the lobby might be quieter- It's a very large hotel with multiple wings. If you actually want to see the water ask for a second or third floor room- our ground floor view was mainly of the hedge, though the ground squirrels were entertaining to watch as they grazed on the lawn. I did not see any elevators so you might ask before you book an upper floor if you need one. Breakfast is good. Dinner was Ok. The staff are very nice and helpful.

In a really good location, a clean and comfy room awaits. Nice breakfast variety and an excellent indoor pool room. Helpful front desk people.....had great soup, chili, and fresh cookies afternoons in the lobby !

Wonderful visit
Pros:

Room was good, AC vibrated and was a little noisy. The complimentary breakfast, best I’ve had for a free breakfast. Real eggs, great coffee, wonderful staff. Loretta was a pleasant and lovely woman.

Great Stay!
Pros:

Great location near freeway and right beside the lake. No noticeable traffic noise. All staff we had dealings with were friendly and efficient. Restaurant with lake views was a real bonus [good food, good service] and the complimentary breakfast was astonishing - freshly made omelette with choice of fillings, and a wide selection of hot and cold items.
Reception staff were friendly and efficient and, on check out, gave us advice on places to visit en route to our next stop on the journey.
Would certainly stay here again if in the area.

It’s a good enough hotel. The property map they give you at check in could be a little clearer, but it’s kind of a weird layout so maybe it’s as good as you can do. We found our room- good enough. Really good continental breakfast and friendly staff.

I enjoyed the lake front view and easy access to other parts of Moses Lake. It was close enough to the freeway that drives were short around town but not too close so there was no noise.
