Management was great! Breakfast was good too!
Feel like pet charges were a tad unreasonable.
The Staff was friendly and make your stay as comfortable as possible
That i only stay one night. I have nothing bad to say about this home felt hotel
Quite place
Hard to contact front office
Friendly staff - breakfast boxes
Bath could use refresh
The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. Check in was smooth and front desk was very nice.
Loved it!
Very clean. For the price it was fine. We will use them again if needed. Easy to find and quiet.
Not big on spring mattresses but it was comfortable. No soap by the sink. Breakfast, given in styrofoam at night to warm up in the am, Eh. No sugars or stirrers for coffee.
Lady at the desk was very nice and welcoming! With it being a holiday she had breakfast trays made up for you when you got there! Beds were moderately comfortable, and the room smelled and looked fresh and clean
Very sparse on the towels, the towel that the soap was on was covered in dust. Showers were a little sketchy, but clean. I did find some stains on the comforter and sheets. Couldn’t find the WiFi network, so had no WiFi.
Cozy, clean, nice location, very efficient. I was locked out and even though office was closed they were able to assist and get me in room within minutes. And we did appreciate the box breakfast. We had a recent stay at a Hilton for more $$$ and no complementary breakfast!
Just a bit dated. Bathroom finishing painting could be more professional.
Breakfast area was closed but owner gave us breakfast boxes at check-in which were good. Host very friendly and helpful. Location is good - not too far from the city of Hardy.
Hotel looks tired - ready for a reno - both inside and out.
The manager was so kind and accommodating for our last minute stay.
Mattresses could be more comfy
Very clean; a little dated. Could tell they were trying to update it. Quiet location. Staff very friendly, courteous, and helpful. They truly went above and beyond to be helpful.
The turnoff from highway to hotel; but that’s more of a me thing. There is nothing owners/management could do about this.
Location was good. The manager was very nice. I was able to park in front of my room.
The room had two beds. One bed had a broken down mattress with a broken mattress frame. It was the worst bed that I’ve slept on in a motel or hotel since I stayed at a hotel in Russia in 1976. The other bed had a 4 inch children’s mattress covering a hard platform. I slept on it the second night and woke up with a very sore back. Also, the toilet seat had been burned and was delaminated. The microwave worked, but the control panel had been ripped off and then stuck on and was not fully attached. I also found mites in both beds. The room also had an unpleasant odor that I could not air out. It wasn’t a strong odor but it was unpleasant.
The coffee maker didn’t work but the manager replaced it with a new one still in original packaging.
The staff was excellent.
The parking lot did not allow room for vehicles pulling trailers.
Breakfast was Satisfactory
Village Inn was very accommodating 😃. Booking.com was not user friendly. I entered my info and room request correctly. Website did not process it correctly. Changed from for 1 to 2 people. Requested Non Smoking room to Smoking. NOT ACCEPTABLE. Correcting this was Making correction through Booking.com was very difficult and required several attempts and lots of wasted time. Called after website messaged it was correct and IT WAS NOT. Finally reached owner for them to make room correction personally. Booking.com needs to restructure their system. Very Happy with Village Inn
. Extremely Dissatisfied with Booking.com with rating of 1 out of 10. Would terminate Booking.com as provider of reservation services. 😡
