A massive downgrade in quality.
Pros:

We have stayed at this hotel at least a dozen times in the past, but are unlikely to return after their recent remodel. The rooms now are more like a cold, ascetic monk's cell than a welcoming hotel room. The rooms have very poor lighting, the bare laminate floors and bare walls make the room an echo chamber. Our room, in particular, was not clean, with clumps of in the sink and floor, and dust on the television.

Overall, a fair and good option — if not for the housekeeping.
Pros:

Location is good.
The front desk team and is very friendly and helpful. The man working at breakfast is very attentive.
Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Even though the hotel is renovated, the overall impression was spoiled by the room cleaning — it was simply a nightmare. I can provide photos to management if needed. The staff offered to change our room, but it was inconvenient for us.

Definitely would stay here again.
Pros:

We like the convenience of location of this property. The building is under renovation. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bathroom shower nozzle, being a tall person it’s difficult to use this. The bathrooms were a little on the small side.

Great stay
Pros:

The staff was very nice. Gave us a good place to eat. The place was very clean very comfortable

Cons:

There was anything we didn't like about it. Again, next time we're in the area we plan on staying

Too much chlorine in the pool limiting kids time due to burning of thr eyes.
Beds poorly made and room not cleaned...I did take photos of the beds .

Loved staying here. The breakfast was delicious!
Pros:

My room was newly renovated. I loved the recliner!

Cons:

The floor has some squishy spots in it like the flooring wasn’t installed quite properly. But not a big deal, I just wondered how a new floor could squeak like that.

Very pleasant
Pros:

The staff was very helpful. I especially loved the convenience of coffee and tea whenever you want it. Nice atmosphere with the fireplace. Breakfast was very good with nice assortment, except there were no sausages and eggs one morning.
