The hotel was very nice . Its undergoing new construction and updating the rooms . But the overall stay was good .

The staff was very nice.

Cons:

The room was very hot and the a/c wasn't on.
The air conditioner did seen to work properly.
The ceiling had numerous water stains.

Very nice and comfortable
Pros:

Good location clean rooms quite area rooms big. Staff very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Hot tub broken and down. Bathroom toilet was made for kids and short people. Shower all way up only hitting my chest. Beds low to the floor. No vending machines but yes has a store good items in there to munch on for kids. Otherwise kids and parents had very good time there. We will stay again

Positives:
Breakfast was wonderful. Everything from the entrance to the rooms smelled clean and fresh. Beds were comfortable and staff were kind and helpful. We reserved two rooms for seven people and were given two that adjoined which was convenient and helpful.

Cons:

Negatives:
My son got eaten alive by bedbugs. He had to alternate between Benadryl and another allergy medication for three days to get the swelling and itching under control. Had to leave all of our clothing outside of the house until it could be treated and laundered and we had to fumigate our vehicle to make sure we brought nothing home with us. We said something at the front desk. They assured us that steps would be taken promptly to address the issue and apologized but did not offer us a discount of any kind.
