I lost approx €2000 from inside a locked suitcase in my room. What was shocking was the attitude of the management. They did not care (despite a police report). While the hotel is nice and the location is great, bad customer service is what gives Paris such a bad reputation.

Staff was always very friendly and helpful
modernized and art deco interior a young but professional vibe and a safe bet for travelers looking for a quick excursion or extended stay. The hotel is walkable to an array of great dining attractions by exiting to the left of the building and by exiting to the right it’s an easy 10ish min morning walk to the Louvre

I’m rating every hotel 1* until hotels.com stop the breakfast scam. If you pay hotels.com it is €45 pppd - it is only €30 if you pay per day at the hotel. Otherwise this hotel is amazing, my favourite hotel in Paris.
We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel looks amazing and everyone is ver nice and understanding of a baby (we were traveling with our 11 months old baby). We also loved the neighborhood of the hotel: lots of nice shops, caffès and restaurants. Also, the location is super central but amazingly quiet at night. We would definitely stay here again.
