Excelente atención
He tenido una excelente experiencia. Quisiera destacar el servicio de limpieza y la atención del personal de administración. El personal de ambos sectores se destaca por su desempeño y amabilidad. Da gusto hospedarse. Las habitaciones e instalaciones en general se encuentran en excelente estado.
Podrían mejorar la calidad del café. También podrían mejorar la calidad de atención de las meseras de noche. Pero no opaca la estadía. Sigue siendo un hotel excelente.

El estado de la habitación no es aceptable, la luz y la heladera no funcionaban, tuve que reclamar 3 veces y no lo arreglaron, ósea me vendieron servicios que estaban incluidos que no estaban en funcionamiento y no les importo arreglarlos a pesar de mis reclamos. No volvería al hotel.

El hotel, para ser un nivel superior, la verdad es que no es muy distinto a los hoteles más económicos de la ciudad.
El personal es muy agradable y te ayudan siempre, eso es algo muy bueno; la ventaja: está ubicado en el mismo Parque Arauco lo que lo hace más ventajoso y por supuesto esa comodidad se paga. Ah! Y la piscina es maravillosa. Algo que vale la pena totalmente.
Lamentablemente la habitación no estaba totalmente limpia: apenas llegué noté un pelo en la cama y la alfombra estaba con manchas, creo que no corresponde si el hotel es de gama superior.
Cercanía con locales comerciales, atención esmerada del personal.
