De lo mejor de la zona
Pros:

La cercanía el Parque Arauco es vital para los que quieren hacer compras. La zona es muy agradable para caminar. Cerca de Alonso de Córdova, da para caminarla hasta Casa Costanera. La comida del restaurante a la noche es muy buena. Es la 4ta vez que venimos al hotel y siempre comimos muy bien, platos de nivel. Desayuno excelente. Esta vez pedimos la habitación grande que es super cómoda, vale la pena el extra costo. Las habitaciones standard son un poco chicas pero están bien.

Cons:

El front desk nos dió información errónea respecto al pago de la tarifa con impuestos. Habíamos previsto algo que no fue lo que nos dijeron el primer día. Nada grave

No me gustó haber viajado pensando que el desayuno estaba incluido y enterarme recién al finalizar la estadía de que tenía un costo adicional. Me hubiera gustado que, al momento de ingresar a desayunar, me informaran claramente que solicitaban mis datos y me hacían firmar una planilla porque el servicio se cobraba aparte. De haberlo sabido, quizás habría elegido desayunar en otro lugar.

De todos modos, debo destacar que el desayuno fue muy completo.
